Tung Hing Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Milford

I stopped at this place for the first time today. I was on my way home from an appointment and pulled in. Heard good things about them. Well you’re not going to hear good things from me. The man behind the plastic wall gave me a bad attitude from the get-go. After I ordered and he gave me my change, he told me to please wait in my car and that they don’t take walk in orders. Then when he brought the food to my car he held his arm out to hand it to me because I didn’t have a mask 😷 on. I called out to him and told him I am vaccinated and I don’t have the disease. I also called him a few choice words, and followed it up with a phone call telling him that they have a bad attitude there and they will not be getting my business again. My first and last order. There are plenty of Chinese food places around… Don’t need to go there! I don’t care how good the food is… They have a very very bad attitude an absolutely zero customer...

I don’t know how their food would be so I cannot rate it…however, I went there for my lunch break because I wanted to try something new in the general area…I stood there for a minute before I was acknowledged…when they did look at me they went back to whatever task they were working on…I pretended to go look at the menu to maybe give them a few seconds to finish up and get to me(there were no other customers) and they looked up again and just continued. I walked out and went next door to Woodmont pizza. I know it’s only a small order amount compared to all their other customers orders but I could’ve potentially been a repeat customer as I do work close by and continuously shop in that...

Worst place to order from the guy that picks up the phone is super rude. Always rushing once they forgot one of our orders and they got upset because they had to deliver again. The next time we ordered we ordered lunch special but when they delivered they charged us the regular price. When I said something about he tried to tell me that I never said lunch special but maybe if he wasn’t rushing me when I was placing my order he would of heard when I told him I wanted the lunch specials. 3rd time I call his gonna tell me what I should order because he doesn’t want me to complain when he delivers.
