Wendy's — Restaurant in Milford

This is going to blow everyone away: Wendy's of Milford is THE best fast food place I have ever been to. I get it...no way! How is that possible? Well here's the proof: consistency. Every single time I've been to this specific location, they were prompt, attentive, and engaging. My daughters are picky so when we arrive, they order particular things that require making food right then and there. We've never waited. The people working are friendly and understanding. The toys are different in each kid's meal, every time we go. I love the new Frostys and, unlike some other fast food chains, Wendy's Frostys are always flowing! Although I generally stick to the drive thru, the few times I went inside it was equally enjoyable. All staff engaging. Clean restrooms. Night or day I felt safe with my children dining in, using the restrooms. Packed napkins and straws. I feel like the majority of people only do reviews for fast food when they have a bad experience ro some kind of amazing one. Milford Wendy's generated a review for me because they earned my trust and loyalty through consistency. See you tomorrow...

I will never step foot in the Milford NH Wendy's again! We stopped in for a quick bite to eat .. not really busy the time we showed up.. Went to the counter and immediately someone barked at us to use the kiosk as they weren't taking orders.. glancing into the kitchen, the floors were disgusting with food and debris all over! Once we received our cups to use at the drink machine, It was a sticky mess with dried soda everywhere including the floor! The drink options were another problem , most all of them were out! When I finally chose one that was acceptable, I ended up with something completely different than what I chose! The condiment station was out of everything most importantly Ketchup!!!Food comes and it was just okay... since the kiosk doesn't allow you to customize your burger, I ended up with gobs of mayo and a pile of onions both of which I can't stand!!! The fries were cold and dry!! Never again! I would think that the board of health would want to know about what's...

I tried to leave a review in the Wendy’s app so it didn’t have to be a public affair but you can’t connect to anyone or actual do the review through the app or online when you go to the “Wendy’s wants to know” website.

I usually stop here, it’s a Wendy’s. That’s fine. But someone should know that there’s an older gentleman who works behind the counter who I watched put his gloved hand directly to his mouth 3+ times and then handle food with that same glove on his hand that just touched his mouth (he appeared to be blowing kisses to another coworker standing across from him)

The employees are nice, again it’s a Wendy’s and on that note the foods pretty good for being a Wendy’s. But like what’s the point in wearing a glove if you’re gonna touch your mouth with it and then handle food directly?
