**TL;DR:** A must-visit for fresh and delicious Japanese cuisine. Our party enjoyed crispy karaage chicken, fried tempura, tasty miso soup, and expertly made sushi rolls. The talented and accommodating owner, along with a pleasant atmosphere, makes this restaurant a top recommendation. **Full Review:** If you're seeking fresh, tasty, and expertly prepared Japanese cuisine, look no further. This restaurant is an absolute gem, and our party left thoroughly satisfied and impressed. From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. We started with the crispy, juicy karaage chicken, which was perfectly fried to a golden brown and incredibly flavorful. The fried tempura, consisting of shrimp and vegetables, was light, crispy, and wonderfully satisfying. The subtle yet tasty miso soup served as a perfect prelude to the main event. The star of the evening was undoubtedly the sushi rolls. Each platter was a masterpiece, featuring fresh salmon, tuna, and other delicacies. The precision in preparation was evident in every bite, with no fishy flavors or odors—just pure, clean, and delightful taste. The sushi was a testament to the skill and dedication of the chef, who clearly takes pride in their craft. The owner of the restaurant is not only talented but also incredibly accommodating. Their warm hospitality added a personal touch to our dining experience, making us feel truly welcomed. An added bonus for families is the bowl of candies available for young ones as they leave, a thoughtful gesture that surely delights the little ones. The atmosphere of the restaurant is pleasant and inviting, with a TV rolling interesting programs in the background, adding to the relaxed vibe. It’s a perfect place to unwind and enjoy a great meal with friends or family. This restaurant gets a complete and total recommendation from a satisfied client. The combination of fresh, expertly prepared food, a welcoming atmosphere, and excellent service makes it a standout choice. Whether you’re a fan of Japanese cuisine or simply looking for a fantastic dining experience, this place is very much worth visiting. --- You can find me on Insta: @imdanielyoon

I am a sushi enthusiast who loves going to japan just to have high quality omakase (rip covid). While it wouldnt be fair to compare directly to japan's quality due to cost difference, however i can compare it to local sushi restaurants. I will be reviewing only the quality of fish and chefs skill to make nigiri. First of all, hands down the only sushi place that i can melt the fish with my tongue. While i would like the rice to melt as well, it requires vinegar to the ricr and i know that involves mote costs and more prep work so would not be feasible to their store. So just keeping the fish fresh with high quality, is a 5 star. Other local sushis always have are stiff(?) Have weird fat so that i actually have to chew. Its much easier to understand ehat i mean when you try a bad quality vs good quality. The second part is the size of the fish and the rice ratio. You could probably comparejust with google review pics, compared to other restaurant, they dont short cut down on fish size unlike others try to save that itty bitty cost. As well as not adding a stupid amount of rice, just to fill you up. If you have too much rice, you cannot enjoy the taste of fish as much. So in short, very well fish rice balance. One improvement i would recommend to the chef is some how making the rice more soft for nigri sushi, but that may be a hard thing to do when considering rotations. But if this can be some how achieved, other local sushis would be taken down. In short, best sushi in town. Try the nigiri sushi not rolls if you want to appreciate the natural quality of fish. 5/5 would recommend. Also the first legit review ive left ever in my life. I just had to.

FABULOUS FOOD! I realize this spot may not need yet another great review, however, I do want to share, as finding a good sushi spot can be challenging. I ordered in person for take out. There were only two tables seated and I was told my order would take 40 minutes. Apparently they do a HOPPING take out business. The host/server at the front was very nice and polite, when asking for extra ginger and offering to pay, said "no problem, no problem" and there was no charge. My order - over $100. First-Jalapeno Teck, just CRAZY YUM! 2 Regular rolls, one of which was Ichi ( Daughter-in-law said was the BEST Ichi roll EVER). 2 Specialty - Popcorn Lobster and Spider Fantasy (BOMB.COM!) The sashimi - my FAVE superwhite tuna and yellowtail were incredibly fresh and BUTTERY. And the tempura veggies, oh the tempura veggies!! I don't know the secret of how they do it, but I have NEVER had tempura veggies to-go that stay THAT CRIPSY! Cudos to the owners and the chefs. It may be a bit pricey, but a VERY worthwhile treat!! If you like sushi/sashimi, you MUST try this place!!
