It was a rough day and I really needed a place to step away and relax. Elliot Bay Pizza fit the bill. There were only a couple other parties there when I arrived, and the server was very accommodating offering me any open table. The rest room was clean, the bar was neat, and there were a number of local brews on tap. I opted for a small pizza choosing one of their 'specialties' called 'The Original' made up of a traditional red sauce, pepperoni, black olives, and mushrooms. It was delightful and too much to eat in a single sitting. They were also helpful in finding the perfect size foil wrap in which to take the leftovers on the road where they served as dinner. If you're in the Millcreek area, and want one meal that will last all day, Elliot Bay Pizza is the place to do it. I try to be somewhat frugal with my stars in these reviews. EBP missed five stars only by being located i a strip-mall and less of a 'destination' than other restaurants. It is purely subjective and others might prefer the ease of access to the ambiance I like.

Looooooong time favorite for delicious pizzas, subs & craft beers! We have unfortunately noticed a steady decline in service and attention to beer upkeep over the last several visits and our last visit was so unusually unpleasant that I'm not sure we will be coming back...but we always do. I am all for giving second (and even third) chances, but this would be their fourth or fifth chance, haha. What's happening? Frustrating would be an understatement. We drive all the way up from Seattle and all we want to do is give you our hard earned money and eat your delicious food, so please act like you appreciate our presence. Ugh, you've got us addicted EBP! We'll probably be back. YUM!

Although more expensive than competitors', food has always been very good. That has not changed, but overall atmosphere, prices and amount of food for the money now make it no longer worth going. According to their own menu, the Huge subs are anything but. We just got 2 large subs for almost 15 bucks each. Philly and meatball subs. There was almost literally no meat at all. We put all the meat from the entire sub to one side (which made each of our subs about 4 or 5 inch sub) just so we could have meat in each bite. So very disappointed. Photos attached. After all these years, will not be going back.

Was looking for a place to watch seahawks on thursday night football with my 6 yr old son. walked in and sign said to seat yourself so we sat so we could watch the tv. waitress brought menu without a welcome or even a smile. no big deal but as a restaurant owner myself I wouldn't be happy with my staff without even a smile to a paying customer. I ordered a beer (5:20pm) from their really nice selection (ordered 2 beers and they was no price, they were $7.50 ea on the bill?!?!?). I read a review before coming here that they waited nearly an hour. I thought no way that could happen again. boy, was i wrong!

ordered our pizza with the waitress at 5:30pm. waitress noticed my beer was running low so she asked if i wanted another one at 5:45pm. when we got there there were 3 empty tables on the left as you walk in. we sat in the middle table. table on our right sat, got a drink and their food (wings and pizza sticks?). table on our left sat, placed their order (4 prime rib dip sandwiches) and ate and left before we got our pizza. They were served by a different server. It was just me and my son so i didn't want to make a scene and show a bad example to him. I tried to wave down any server multiple times but no help. Now i was not drinking my beer because i was waiting for the pizza so thats probably why my server didn't check up on our table but it took her until 6:10pm before she came to our table to check up on us. she gave me a lame excuse "someone thought your order was a pickup to go. we are making you a new one right now." she offered to only charge me for their least expensive pizza which is a small cheese pizza. she said it would be another 5 mins but it took 15. the pizza came to us HOT. right out of the oven, one bite of the pizza and all the toppings slid right off. suffice to say i will not be...

0/10 on service an experience. Lived in the area and have been coming here many, many years and today will be the very last visit. What has before the last 2 visits always a great memorable experience we will never be returning. The owners youngest daughter absolutely does not know what customer service looks like and treats her customers like they are an inconvience. This has been evident in the last 2 visits and has not changed if anything has gotten worse. They additionally now charge over 4% card fee on all transactions unless paid by cash. After having a not great experience seeing the additional previously undisclosed price gouging surcharge we were very disappointed. We were surprised that she asked to close out in the middle of a beer as she was leaving. She screamed about her tip as we left as we weren't going to pay full tip on top of all of the additional fees. Very unfortunate that a place that we have spent thousands of dollars at and that my husband proposed to me at will never receive our business. Has ruined some great memories of this place and is unfortunately all due to the owners daughter. Learn some tact, include these extra fees in other parts of the business and treat your customers like you actually care and like you have for the last 15 years the way the owners previous bartender had. Absolutely do not eat in or have a beer here. Trust all the poor reviews on service and if you must only order to go. Unfortunately the staff member referenced in all of the negative reviews seems to all point to the...

I had a slice of this pizza from my roommate and it was so good I had to get my own pie. I went to the restaurant on a Saturday afternoon and was not greeted at all. I was asked if I was ready to order though after I was looking for a menu. I asked something about the menu and I felt as it was a great inconvenience to the employee. Just cold looks and responses if I received any. I went ahead and tipped anyways as I placed my order but no thanks or anything. The employee stated it would be 25 minutes. I waited in my car and after 25 mins I walked up they told me immediately said it’s still in the oven. I accepted this but again I felt like the employees were annoyed I was just walking up to pick up an order. Which wasn’t even ready. I know the food is good already ahead of time but this experience had me wanting to just leave and not come back even if the food is good.

This place had terrible customer service. I would understand if it was busy or if I was a rude customer but I came into your restaurant with smiles and was given cold looks and responses in return.

By the way I’m writing this in the time it’s taking for my late order to finish up. 35 minutes total for one pie and a dip.

Y’all can do better
