Food was okey. We got tomatos and Mushrooms in our soup like rotten. BUT WORST than the food was the behavior of the owner or the person working there. He seemed like owner to me.
Basically we were trying BMG first time, since family loves thai food. We like spicy food and hence we add good amount of chilli garlic paste. All Thai restaurant we been before BMG, are happily gives enough sauces on table and brings more if asked.
This gentleman, brought 3-4 times teas spool size of sauces and then included 10$ in check. When asked if it was really 10$ for that paste. He went to his reception counter and in front of all people, he brings up the bottle of sauce and says, You guys finished my whole bottle of the sauce. This was so embarrassing and insulting experience. We never went back to the place again. Food is just 10% of the eating out, 90% is welcoming and good feeling being in the restarunt with family, but this one was pathetic. we will never go back there. This happened in some 2019 though, i did not write anything at that time but friend of mine said, you should let others know how bad the experience was.. If he was owner, i don't think anything would have been chance still.
If you like food and wants to go,, make sure you don't question anything he adds to the bill and don't ask anything which pisses him.
Good luck...
Read moreI hadn't eaten here in several years but I used to like it. Unfortunately, the quality and portion size has decreased while the prices have increased. I used to love their Pad Thai but it was very dry this time. The flavor was very weak and there wasn't enough tamarind sauce I don't think they mentioned any onions other than the green kind on the menu but it was full of red onions. I could be wrong but I did double check that before ordering. They had taken the menus before the food arrived so I didn't get a chance to check again.
Any Thai restaurant that doesn't provide you with rice when you order a curry dish is nickle and dining you and I won't give my business to places that do that. I ordered Pad Thai and a bowl of Won Ton soup. My daughter ordered red curry and had to purchase the rice separately and the bill came up to nearly $40 after tip. That's pretty unreasonable for a meal of that size in a suburban strip mall location. A friend who was with us ordered a bowl of beef noodle soup and a strawberry shake and his bill was $19+ before tip.
I'm always sad to see a place I once liked take a dive like this but the cost of living is such that I probably won't give them...
Read moreThe food here we always really like the panang curry , phad thai , fried rice , spring rolls are all great. Usually we order to go so we haven’t had any issues with service on an to go order however tonight we ordered in and it was around 7pm and we decided to dine in. The service was terrible the girl that helped us was a younger girl with blonde or brown hair I can’t remember and glasses. Her service was not great. When we arrived she told us that we needed to wait because she said they were having a money problem with the register and made us stand there awkwardly. Then finally took us to the table. Then we had to prompt to order and tell her to get things rather than her asking us for anything, she didn’t even ask if we wanted anything to drink we had to ask her for it. After that I saw her picking up the straws for our drinks (where your mouth goes) and putting it in our drinks I had to ask for new non opened straws because that is disgusting. After that when she brought out our food my husband saw her thumb in our food as she was carrying the plates, so gross. No customer service skills and super unsanitary I would recommend training her or possibly not...
