I called and spoke with a man, Francesco, I believe. 7:38pm. I ordered a Pizza pie, green salad, and carrot cake dessert. I tell him I'm at a hotel, BW. Food arrives 8:33pm. Seemed like a long time for a local place. Ok, I open the bag with salad and cake, No utensils, napkins, a plate... nothing. I immediately pick up phone to let them know I need these utensils, thinking they could text/call their driver to turn around and deliver the goods. NOPE. I call at 20 minutes later and ask what's up, and I'm told driver is just returning and will leave again . At this point, it is an hour and half before I eat salad or dessert. Which I paid for. Thank goodness I can eat pizza with my hands. Ask to speak with Manager for I thought taking the salad off would be a nice gesture and this young women got upset and told me, "this is not my problem". Really? Not great...

The Mill Valley had a good amount of sausage and other toppings. The Pesto Deluxe tasted great with the artichoke hearts. The BBQ Chicken was notably good.
