So the first 2 times I went to 7 brew were great. I ordered things straight off the menu. The last 2 times I went including this morning I ordered things not on the “menu” but with very clear instructions even with pictures and this is what I got… this is way too much to be wasting money on this. These tasted like over milked regular coffee with zero flavor, never mind no whip cream or anything else I asked for. After this happening twice this is not just a coincidence. I tried calling and it goes to a corporate number who doesn’t answer. Also this was before work and I didn’t have time to correct and sit and wait at 5:45 am. Photos of what I asked for and what I got the second time around. UPDATE, never got a call, tried calling again, message just loops and nobody answers any of the lines. So short of driving there and questioning someone there is literally nothing you can do. Read moreI love my 7Brew here in Mansfield, TX. The one we went to in Prattville, Ala is another story. First off, they never asked for my phone number. I've been a member of their Rewards program for a couple of years so I appreciate getting my rewards points. They also had serious problems trying to figure out how to fix my drink. I always get a large smooth 7 chiller, turned into a triple 7 (extra shots of espresso) with dark chocolate instead of white (the white chocolate makes it too sweet). They just stood there for a few minutes scratching their heads trying to figure out what to do 🤷🏼 Anyhow, we eventually got our drinks and for whatever reason, they just didn't taste the same......didn't taste like all the shots were in there even though I paid for them. Read moreLove seven brew. Actually come to this location 3-6 times a week. Some days it seems well run and others POORLY. You're supposed to pick the shortest line but some days they don't have anyone working the second one so the other line will have 8+ cars go before you before you're addressed. This has happened twice. Today it seemed like it'd be the same way so after waiting for ten minutes with our line not addressed or moving and the other line empty out and address others, we left. The coffee is more consistent than most places and the staff is generally polite but they have to do something about the lines.
