I rated this place 3 stars because of the service I just received (which deserved 1 star)Let me first say the food here is awesome and we’ve never had any issues before. Tonight I called in to place my order and was asked to hold for a moment. I wasn’t placed on hold the phone was just laid down. After 8 minutes of me hearing one customer ask for a refund and then just some random conversation I assumed she had forgotten (understandable if you are busy). I hung up so that I could call back, but had to wait for them to hear the disconnection tone. The same girl answered the phone and I explained I was just left on hold for 8 minutes and all I got was “ok, what can I get you” never apologized. Just wanna take the time to applaud the young lady in there taking orders ! To be the only person there and taking call-in / Door dash /waiter Orders as well as walk-in orders for a whole community aS well as keep it sanitized and making sure everyone gets their food fresh ! You would have to be amazing ! I’ve eating here multiple times and never had a bad experience I’m always patient because I know that there are more people then me ordering ! She make sure everything is in my bag and allows me to check before I leave ! I’ve been reading the past comments and it seems people can be so inconsiderate of basic mistakes so quick misjudge and bash but I’m gonna applaud her cause good WORK should be RECOGNIZED ! I ordered some food over the food that ended up to be not what I order. Never the less, the cashier admitted to me that she had made an error but she lied to me and told me that the manager and the owner was not there. However one day later I called back and the same lady told me that she was the manager. Anyway this place has a policy that you have to bring your food back the same day in order to get a refund. Even if its there fault, the policy is still in force. I wouldn't recommend this place to nobody and they never have to worry about me coming back. The lady at the cash registrar was very nasty and I refuse to be nice to me as a customer. I was told that the customer is always right not in this case. I don't send my money no where that I feel uncomfortable. Therefore, Good Bye...
