Worst Taco Bell experience ever!! I stopped by here and placed an order on my phone to try to expedite getting served when I got inside the building was freezing cold, the employees were horsing around talking to someone in the back of the store possibly in an office constantly one employee would occasionally sing. One male employee had his pants about 8 in down off his waist exposing his underpants like he was in a music video. Despite using my phone to place my order it took about 20 to 25 minutes for me to get my items. When I got my order my Crunchwrap was very much void of filling the outer shell was very dry my pintos and cheese tasted very dry they had way too much hot sauce and whenever I went to eat the items I noticed that I was not given any eating utensil. I asked for a spoon and was given a fork. The drink that I was given was completely watered down I went to the Fountain and filled my drink up it also was watered down I emptied the ice out of the drink and the fountain mix was completely watered down. One thing that hampered me getting my order was that I walked up to the counter and seen a bunch of bags and I seen my name on one of them and I asked is that my order the lady at the front says no that is a doordash order. And I said but that is my order and I showed the girl that on the top of the receipts for the other bags it clearly said doordash order and mine only had a code. It was so cold in the restaurant that I had to go back outside and put a coat on despite me already having on a jacket on, a girl working at The Filling area was wearing a puffer jacket and a toboggan. I asked a girl that came up to the counter is the air conditioner on? Because I went to a vent and noticed it was blowing cold air and she said to me it probably is and I said to her does the heat work and she says I think so I said well you probably want to turn it on I think the customers would appreciate it. And she said I don't understand why it's so cold and I said well aside from the air conditioner being on and it being freezing outside when you open the front door and have the drive-thru window open the air goes right through the building. All of this trouble seems like a management problem certainly someone in there working knows that it's cold in there and knows that there's a fellow standing there by the food counter with his pants all the way down to his waist if I was the boss I probably just about fire everybody that was aware of what was going on.
Like some other people that had made reviews about this restaurant I too will never go back here again maybe that will solve their...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI never leave reviews and I am beyond understanding of wait times and errors in orders, especially small ones, because I have worked these jobs before.
That being said, this place has "provided" some of the worst service I've ever gotten from any restaurant. Normally I have no real problems with Taco Bells, but some nights when we go through the drive thru around 7pm-9pm the person working the speaker is absolutely unreasonable and getting uppity with customers. Tonight when we pulled in the parking lot was almost empty, there was 1 other car in front of us, and it was around 9:30pm so well before closing time.
I get the stress of working at the drive thru and working in the fast food industry. It can wear your patience thin. Totally understand it and I've lived it before. But that's no excuse to interrupt customers ordering, refusing to let them finish their order, refusing to acknowledge them beyond telling them to pull around, getting the order wrong despite it being correct on the screen, refusing to allow the order to be finished at the window, claiming all the sauces were out, and insisting a certain drink, the Brisk Mango, is never in stock. Just seems like someone mad at the world or at least their own circumstances, callously taking out their frustrations on unwitting customers. While it can feel targeted, it's likely just a mixture of someone not caring about the job they're working and taking frustrations out on random people by denying them items or service. Wouldn't have thought much of it beyond that had I not heard from a coworker that was right behind us in line getting sauces and that specific drink without any issue, but also getting their order wrong in other ways.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreCurrently sitting in the drive through for the last 25mins and when I got to the window they didnāt have my order. So now Iām typing this review as I wait. Iāve visited this location 5-6 times since it has opened. Each time it has been a ridiculous drive through wait time. The one and only time I went in side to order and eat I stood at the counter to order and was ignored, not because I wasnāt seen, I was legitimately ignored. I stood there for 10 minutes politely trying to get some oneās attention before I finally yelled to the workers ignoring me. The tables seemed dirty and the counter where you order was sticky and had many different things spilled all over it. I canāt remember exactly how long but I felt like a waited a while for my food that visit too. There was only one car in line when I pulled to the speaker to order and that car was at the pickup window already. Iāve now been here in the drive through line for 31 minutes. The lady at the window seems nice and handed me my food. They gave me the wrong flavor freeze she was cool about it and quickly came back with the right one.
Iām unsure if I just keep catching them on bad days or what the problem is but the āfast foodā at this location isnāt very fast. Ive had no issues with the food so far tho. Millbrook Taco Bell, you need to work on your line times. Thatās all I have to say, 32mins and Iām pulling away now. āš»
