We showed up with a friend from out of state, she does not eat red meat or chicken. They were out of fish, shrimp and other seafood options so she made do with what she could eat. I ordered lo mein noodles and when I got my food I was given udan noodles, asked for manager cause I was not going to eat what I did not order. Argued with the manager calmly about my noodles were wrong and they were the same as everyone else's noodles only to be told they were lo mein and they were out of udan but my wife, kid, and friend ordered udan and that is what they got. Then, my daughter ate half of her bowl and could not eat anymore due to meatballs being cold inside and some of the food being burnt. This was not the first time we encountered issues here as our first visit they did not have any noodles so we had to get rice. This is also a big issue that I eat certain meats and they said they will not have the meat i.e. beef because it is against his culture and refuses to serve it! You as a manager do not have to touch the meat and if you are against it then please do not open a chain store that would sell food that goes against your religion! They have some kind of excuse to why they do not have the food you are looking to get, they argue with the customer and say this is what you ordered when clearly it is not! I have felt sick to my stomach for 2 days because I believe the food is cooked to hot and fast so the inside is not properly cooked and still raw. This place will not have a long lasting presence if this continues, most of the reviews I seen were from people with an India culture, the negative reviews are from local people. I thought this place would be better but, it is honestly getting worse. Again, I don't know why you want to argue with the customer and say a noodle is something it is not and not want to fix it. My party had 4 people and all 4 got the same noodles and nobody was told they were out except the fact they marked through the penne pasta because it was actually sold out! We will not be going...
Read moreEveryone was kind, friendly, attentive and accommodating. Overall a pleasant experience. I love this style of restaurant where you can choose your ingredients to be stir-fried with your choice of base and seasonings. The food was well cooked and served quickly, which is a main determinant of quality imo. Somehow my two shrimp disappeared between drop off and service. The appetizers are good, albeit slightly more expensive for the volume (good portion size though!) I would rather keep the amount and reduce to $5-6. The egg rolls and edamame potstickers (both deep fried) were good, and the sauce with it is great and elevated them! My main dish was awesome, yet I believe this part is up to your choices! The servers are open to helping you choose a good mix if youd like help! The Bumbleberry cheesecake was awesome. I could really taste the berry mix compote on top, and the cheesecake was standard and tasty. The locale is very loud, which was not to our taste. You had to speak loudly to have a conversation. They play current and recent pop favorites, which is fine. The seating is very open, which again for me isnt preferred, and isnt a big detriment. I will definitely be coming back for the service, well cooked food, and cheesecake to enjoy with...
Read moreThis was our second visit. First time the instructions were unclear so our plates didnât come out how we expected but it was still good. This time our waitress did a better job explaining it to me but we still ended up doing it wrong. I ordered a regular and my husband got a large bowl. Iâm not a food and safety person but it just felt weird putting raw chicken on top of vegetables so we separated the veggies and the meat in two bowls. (Which we did the first visit as well and it wasnât an issue.) I was cautious not to over fill the bowls and I could have easily placed the meat on top of the vegetables when I was told I did it wrong. People had their bowls piled way high but the guy that took the plate to the grill said it was fine & just to remember for next time. We were both charged for 2 plates each (Regular + eco, & Large + eco.) I feel like there needs to be written steps on the glass as you go through the line to avoid any confusion or someone telling you how itâs done while youâre up there. 2 people and $60+ later, probably wonât be back. Tip for new comers, donât be like us lol or you will pay the price for...
