Lucky Man's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Millcreek Township

Excellent food but people behind the counter aren't very professional. My son recently started working there and the day I ordered food he had car troubles so he called off. When I mentioned who my son was he asked me how my son's car was doing. I really had no idea what was wrong with his car and when I told him what I thought was wrong with it he looked me straight in the face and said to me " that sounds like a bunch of bullshit, and I think your covering up for him". Then he threatened my son's job through me. He told me to tell my son if he didn't show up the next day he would fired. To me that is EXTREMELY unprofessional. And he's calling me a liar. The man doesn't even know me! It was the very first time he met me and I am a paying customer. Not only did this incident happen but I could have saved a lot of money if he would have told me about the specials. What I ordered was very close to a special they have and not once did he say well you know we have the special. While the food is very good I will never eat there again. On a whim one day I needed somewhere close that had wings and they were the closest. Glad I ordered, have been back several times since then. The wings our phenominal, best I have found in Erie area near me. Price is comparable to other establishments. Always very friendly and kind when I pick-up. On the downside it is a little frustrating when I can't get through on the phone but I see that they are working hard when I get there. Wish they could afford to hire another person. The biggest draw back for me though is this place needs a make over updates. I don't say this because I need places to look fabulous but there are some serious issues. Everytime I have to walk in I get anxiety. I have mobility issues and have to use the ramp. The railings are so old and rickety every single one of them. The ramp floor in a few places I can feel it sink down when I walk. The doors need changed, fixed it is not appealing to see nasty dirty, broken doors and glass with cracks. I know times are hard though, so I will continue to support...

Definitely by far one of the better Mom and Pop Pizza and Wing shops around town! We have been wanting to try this place for some time now and so happy we finally did! What was the 16-in pizza and 25 Wing deal for I believe 36-37 bucks which is a really decent price considering the way things are right now 🙄Glad we went with the hand tossed, crust was super thin like a nice New York style with the small cupping pepperoni's!! Tried two different flavored wings because we like spicy and saucy, the owner recommended the Cajun kick and the Western Gold, both of which were exactly what we like!
