I was very hesitant to order from Panwok because of the prices and uncertain if using a third party delivery service would arrive on time to deliver my food, so I decided to give some time to think about it. My partner decided to give it a try and place an order online to have the food delivered. The delivery went very smoothly but I wish that was the same for the food. I understand this is the winter season and the holidays, so it's probably busy over in Panwok but it shouldn't be the reason to cook mediocre food.

Below I have pictures attached from my order only. I ordered the orange chicken and ham rice with Thai tea. The chicken was very chewy, that I almost choked a few times. I had to keep chewing till it was safe to swallow. I'm not sure if the chicken was breaded and then fried. I was expecting Panda Express type of orange chicken but the texturing and how it was cooked was nothing like Panda.

The ham rice had a strange taste and I'm not sure if it was the ham itself but it kinda tasted like day old rice mixed with ham and soy sauce. I've had fried rice before but this is just "ham rice" with some sauce. Sadly, I had to stop eating this. Lastly, the Thai ice tea was a let down. I've had bad Thai ice teas that tasted like someone threw an old band aid in the drink and or they didn't rinse well and it tasted industrial soap. This thai ice tea probably need a little more half and half milk and a bit of sugar to balance out the bitterness a bit.

I'm not sure if tonight was a bad night to order but I am disappointed because I was looking forward in trying out this food. This doesn't mean I'm going to toss out the food but luckily I can use the left over chicken make actual fried rice and make it palatable for me to snack on. This was my first experience and it turned...

New Review: After having not eaten for a few months, I was absolutely shocked at how much things have gone downhill. We have always loved Pan Wok and gotten take out here 4-5 times a year for the last 10 years. But this time the food was unrecognizable. Greasy and tasteless. Honestly terrible. Not even mid. Just bad.

Looking at current reviews, it seems that there was a change in management that has had a catastrophic change in the quality of the food. I am extremely sad that the Pan Wok I have known and loved for almost 10 years no longer exists.

Losing this place and Hector’s is a big loss for the Millcreek area.

Old Review: Excellent local Chinese and Vietnamese food. Bun noodle bowl and the sesame chicken are both excellent. Pho is really...

Never even got a chance to try the food. Tried to place an order over the phone. The first person I talked to sounded like a kid and they had 0 phone etiquette. The conversion went something like this, Me: what vegetables are in x dish? Phone: uh, I don't know. Me: ok, is there someone who would know? Phone: yes. Silence Me: could I talk to them? Phone: they aren't here.

I tried to call back later and spoke to someone else. Still couldn't get an answer to any questions, I got interrupted when I tried to ask things, and when I said that wasn't what I was trying to ask the guy said he was busy and hung up. At this point I will never be able to try the food because I can't stomach the idea of giving my business to people who would hang up...

Pan Wok is a quaint and cozy Chinese café that feels more like a hidden Manhattan gem than a suburban strip mall spot in Millcreek, Utah. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the attentive staff ensures a pleasant dining experience whether you’re eating in or taking out. The combos are a great value. The menu offers consistently delicious dishes, with our favorites being the General Tso chicken, chow fun, orange chicken, and beef with snow peas. Each dish is flavorful and satisfying, making it a great go-to for quality Chinese food. Pan Wok is a standout in its category and worth a visit!

Wow, what a huge disappointment! $95 dollars for take out Chinese food. Huge rip off, the food was almost tasteless and tiny portions with mostly broccoli to fill the container. You would think the cost of the food, they would add some flavor and a little bit of fulfillment. Never ever order from this amazing waste of money. To top the whole experience off, the damn fortune cookies were advertisements for manscaped. Not something I want in my mouth, a cookie that's been host to how many dudes pubes. Nice work on destroying your reputation pan wok, absolutely awful!
