My previous time at Bags was enjoyable. However, my most recent experience was far from that. My family and I walked into Bags looking to eat dinner. The host was extremely short with us, asking sharply for a name and then telling us it would be 20 minutes before we could be seated. So, we went and sat down. As we waited, several more people came in. The time began ticking by, and eventually we'd been sitting there for 30 minutes waiting. Now, that may not sound bad- but when we arrived, I spotted two empty tables that needed to be bussed- something that takes a short amount of time. And yet, they did not sit another group for nearly 15 minutes, and it wasn't even at said tables. I managed to convince my family to wait a few more minutes, but they were hesitant. You see, a couple in front of us told us that they'd already been waiting an hour to be seated. Another group had been waiting for a similar amount of time, and yet groups that had been waiting for only 10-15 minutes were getting seated. You'd think a group of four that had been waiting for an hour would have priority, right? Nope. Not at this place. Then, a man came in and told the host he had reservations. The host rudely told him that he had no such thing, and that the tables were all full and he'd have to wait. The man with reservations then asked why his reservation hadn't been booked, to which the host again responded that the tables were all full. The man left. Shortly after, a group came in and were told that the wait would be a half hour. Not wanting to wait, they asked if there were any nearby restaurants. The host snapped that there were some fast food places up the street before turning away. By this point, my family and I had been waiting for 45 minutes, and the couple in front of us STILL hadn't been seated, even after an hour and a half wait. Figuring that it would probably take an additional hour for us to get served after we were seated, my family and I left and went to DQ. All in all, the restaurant was very disorganized and the host extremely rude. The food was good the first time, but not enough to wait around for as long as that couple had. Unless you have the tolerance to wait around for an hour while groups who come in after you are seated before you, do not come here. There are much better restaurants all across...

Don't go here if you are in an hurry or if you want to eat in under 2 hours. We didn't mind the wait to be seated as it was a Friday night in a small town. Our wait was probably 45 mins. We were seated and 15 minutes later the hostess came back to our table to apologize and let us know they were at capacity and our waitress would be there shortly. Maybe 5 minutes later our waitress showed up to take our drink order and appetizers. 2 of the couples in or party ordered appetizers at this time. Our drinks arrived in a timely manner , but in the 2+ hours that we were there they were only refilled once. We got to order our dinners and the 3rd couple decided to order an appetizer at that time as well. Thankfully the company was good because we had plenty of time to talk. The 3rd couple, who ordered their appetizer with their dinner, received their appetizer and had it finished before the original 2 appetizers arrived. The waitress apologized for that when she refilled our drinks the one and only time that she did. At this point we had been there over an hour. Our dinners arrived and everything looked good. However, I would not reccomend getting the Reuben. It tastes like Smoke and nothing but. You would never know there was Kraut, Thousand Island or even Rye bread. Of course, our waitress never made it back to the table to ask if everything was okay, so I had to go speak to the hostess. She offered to have something else made for me, but we had already waited long enough. She offered to get me a salad which she could get out right away. I excepted that and ask that the Reuben be removed from our bill. From the time we sat down till the time we left over 2 hours had elapsed. Thankfully, everyone else was happy with their food. 2 of the 3 Bills were also incorrect when we received them. We decided however to make it right between ourselves at that point so as not to delay us getting out of there any longer. The service, both wait staff and kitchen times was very undesirable. We are just in town for the weekend and only get to Millersburg maybe once or twice a year. I don't know that we will give...

Waited for a short time for a hostess to take our name. She was polite, happy and kind to my daughter. While waiting I read a sign asking for patience. How sad that places must ask for that when at this point EVERYONE should understand places are short staffed and those who are working tend to be almost to over worked. After short and very reasonable wait to be seated. On the way to the table our hostess noticed my daughter already had a menu but that she had no crayons.. She went back just to get her a few crayons. Our server greeted us, took our beverage order and asked if we were ready to order or needed a few minutes. We were ready ordered and she asked if I wanted my salad with the app or after. I said either.

Our food didn't take too long. The homemade potato chips with dipping sauce were delish. My picky 7yr old ate 75% of them. Our entrées were mushroom Swiss burger for me and Swiss grilled cheese for her. Both were amazing. BEST burger I've EVER had period! Great flavor not over seasoned and cooked to order. topped with portobello mushrooms and fresh Swiss cheese. the grilled Swiss cheese had plenty of cheese and was not overly greasy. Instead it was panini style. Good amount of food as well. We both ate till we were overly full and had no room for dessert... 😔 They had a wagyu steak special someone behind us ordered it and as it was delivered I...

Takeout order 7/24/2022. The girl who answered the phone was super nice. Easily took my order and was clear on where to go to pickup. Upon pickup, I think it was the same girl and super nice again. Had everything ready and order was correct. When I picked it up, it weighed a ton! This is a LOT of food! I got the Turkey bacon wrap which is enough for two meals and the quesadilla. I never get an app because they are always grossly overpriced, but how do you beat a quesadilla for $9? This is going to last me 3 meals for a total of $20. The food was delicious too. It’s nice to know they aren’t price gouging like most restaurants are doing these days. They are finding a way to work with inflation and still offer a good meal at a price people can afford.

What a great place... friendly and informative staff! It was hard to choose something from the menu because everything sounded great! Their burgers are the best! For me it was a full pound of Seasoned Angus BEEF patties... the Double Cheese Burger on a Pretzel Bun with their Sidewinder Fries was definitely delicious and filling! They even have a Triple Cheese Burger for the really hungry, which is a pound and a half of perfectly seasoned Angus Beef Patties! #Bags Sports Pub in Millersburg, OH

Not a golfer, but appreciated the decor and ambiance. The homemade potato chips were awesome! I had the burbon bacon burger. It tasted like it was made on a flat top. There were no grill marks and it tasted like it was made at home. I loved the bacon on it though. My husband enjoyed his tortellini alfredo with chicken. Strange it came with two sides. Since most things are fried, and he cannot eat fried food, he ended up with sidewinder fries and potato soup, which was good.
