If i could give 0 stars i would. My problems started with crab ragoon first of all they were dry no filling and the sweet and sour wasnt red it looked more like a duck sauce color and tasted very bland and generic. But the worst is when i got my broccoli and chicken and it smelled off. I ate one bite and it was gross it tasted like cologne or soap. My table could smell it from there seats and told me to send it back. Im not that person at all and im not picky i never send food back but i could t eat anything. So i called the waitress over she said sorry can i get you anything else i didn't want my guest to wait so i just got some lo mein. When i got my bill i was charged for the meal they took back i thought maybe this was a mistake so i took it up and politley asked why i was being charged for food that was unedible. And why she asked if i wanted something else and never told me that i would still be charged. i would have at least ate rice n egg roll but no i had to pay $10 for food that went in trash cause the manager was convinced its just the bamboo i dont like. The only thing that was offered was $4 off which was better that nothing then i got my credit card and they charged full price i was so over the exchange i left. They use to get my bussiness every sunday i will now be adding 20 min to my drive and go to wooster dont waste your money or time very generic and basic. And i have never met a more confrontational manager she was the worst even her kids she had in the the 12yrs old that served us was like im so...

We had an anniversary getaway at the hotel. We expected a more secluded place. Its quite close to the town of berlin (on the edge of town). The hotel is nicely designed, warm and welcoming. There is complementary coffee and fruit at the reception 24\7, we loved it. The room was spacious and the shower was big and with hot water. Yet, there was no "Do Not Disturb" sign for the door. There is no room service and you can not order any meal. Breakfast is a very rich american breakfast: Hashbrown, scrambled egg, waffle, bacon, bagels, fruits(banana, pineapple, grapes..), cream cheese, butter.. All and all a very nice breakfast.. However, we wish there were some fresh veggies and less industrial jams or syrups. Noteable: Indoor pool open everyday from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM. If you come with kids that's a big plus (rather small pool for laps)

Food is often cold and chewy. The customer service is rude, and disrespectful. I have went back several times, thinking I just got food on a bad day. Not the case. If they ask you how your meal was and you say any negative In nicest possible way they will begin to tell at you, and even in their language telling you, that you dont know what your talking about and that you have no reason to say anything. Not to mention while eating there, BUGS BE GONE COME AND SPRAY FOR BUGS. often times I have seen stray cats running around the back.....hmmmmmm is this why the chicken does not taste like chicken but stringing kind of something? Do not. eat there unless you want to get I'll, and spend the next 24 to 48 hours in...
