Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Millersburg

I stopped an ordered dinner for the family on my way home from work and I purposely ordered gravy with the chicken tenders because thats a favorite. So they told me to pull up to the 3rd red post an they will bring my food out an after about 20 minutes the brought my order all smashed in a big bag an i asked the guy if I need to check to make sure i have everything an he said no i personally put your food in bag an yes you have everything so i head home and we sit at kitchen table to enjoy some chicken tenders with gravy an let me tell you we had 3 orders of chicken tenders and not one single cup of gravy, it completely ruined our dinner. So if you go there make sure you check your order even if they say everything is there . Great Food but pretty shaky service an it clearly shows gravy on...

We were the only ones in the restaurant when we ordered and the drive thru only had about 3 cars. The lady at the register was very nice but when she told the kitchen I wanted my fries well done he loudly said “really?” in an annoyed tone. He was being very rude to her throughout our time there and was making comments when she asked how he was boxing the food. Our fries were soggy and looked like have been sitting for quite a while and none were well done. The toast that comes with the chicken tenders also looked like it had never touched a toaster. My brother and I ate here 9/26/19 ,t ordered #1 & #3 at 9:00 pm . Brother's fries almost cold , burger plenty over done. My burger was also about the same as well. And practically cold, my fries were a bit warm . . . But I waited at least 15 minutes for my fries and burger. And still only in this poor condition!!!!! NOT HOT. . What is up ????
