I bought a Generac generator. Worked well for a couple years. Had them do annual maintenance on it.I believe the 3rd year dude said I had a battery going low. He put a new one in. Charged me. Worked for a year then wouldn't start. Low battery. When I took the battery out to check it,the cables lifted off without loosening them. Charged it up ,put it back in. Tightened the clamps this time. Worked for a couple months then low battery. I will cut this short because I figured out on my own what the issue was. Googled my problem and basically the #1 cause on battery trouble stems from a regulator. That stems from loose battery cables. They now refuse me any service because I was angry the whole time I went thru this. Do not do...

If I could give zero stars I would. We bought a dryer from them and after 3 years it would'nt dry. I called to have a service call. They asked me what day would work for us. I gave them the day that would work the following week. They said that was fine. When we did'nt hear from them to confirm I called and was told they needed more than a 5 day notice. I told them that they asked me what day would work. Then I was told it would be atleast a week or 2 . Then I was told since we only bought 1 item from them that should'nt expect fast service.Well needless to say I will never buy...

These folks are the best! Right before the holiday weekend my fridge decided to no longer stay cold. I gave them a call and they helped me diagnose the issue over the phone! They let me know the cost and ordered the part Friday. They had the part right after the holiday and only took 15 minutes to fix it. They also gave me tips on what to watch our for in the future for possible issues. Very friendly and informative. Saved me from having to but a new fridge.
