Humpty's Dump Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Millersburg

I have been to Humpty's a few times, always for breakfast. The place is an old school dive bar. The decor is the same. Dark, lots of beer signs on the walls and ceiling. A makeshift little area for Oregon Lottery machines. The staff are welcoming and friendly. The spicy bloody mary is perfect.The breakfast food is all really good. The house made country gravy is one of the best I have had at a restaurant. The chicken fried steak is huge and cooked to crispy perfection. The biscuits are made from scratch and are tall, fluffy and delicious. The bacon is great, large, meaty, smoked bacon made crispy. Our eggs are always cooked just as we order them. This time I had the all meat omelet, filled with bacon, ham, sausage and cheese. I ordered it with the country gravy on top. It was delicious, as expected. I gave four stars instead of five because the bathrooms leave something to be desired. Not gross, just very small and outdated, not the cleanest ever. We have been traveling through this area every weekend for the last two months and after a two hour drive, this is the place we stop for breakfast every time. My family place a ordered to be picked up. Order ( 12 broasted chicken, 20 jojo's) when we arrived to picked our ordered the inside smelled strong of cigarette smoke, No one was wearing masks beside the lady at the bar. Many people walking around No masks. We told her we were to pick up our ordered, she bagged it and handed it to me as my husband was paying! I quickly realized it felt really light and asked if all the food was there, she said yes, then went to ask the cook! Then she tells us well they shorted us 8 jojo's but she would charge us for them. We okay paid and left. When we arrived home we found that there was only 7 jojo's! My husband called she gave him the run around and hung up on him. Went to meet a friend at the bar for bloody Mary's on a Sunday morning. The bartender was fantastic, HOWEVER the owner was also there. When I used my app to play music on the jukebox, it was quickly turned off by the direction of the owner, stating that it was too loud to hear her conversation with her friend and that it didn't work with the clientele that they have there on Sunday mornings. Such a joke and not to mention it was music that I had paid for. The bar was completely empty, aside from our table and the owner at the bar with her girlfriend.
