Wendy's — Restaurant in Millington

Staff is very rude. I've been dealing with chemo sickness and my son wanted a burger so I stopped to order him one and got myself a Frosty and a small fry. I haven't eaten in 2 days because I've been sick . I said yes ma'am, please and thank you to only be met with bags of food being shoved in my face and stacking my drinks in my window holding their finger on top so they wouldn't fall into my lap. Then she slams the window in my face. I go to look in my bag to make sure my order is correct to be met by a man saying I need to move my car because I'm running up his drive through time. This whole incident took less than 20 seconds. Didn't even ask me if I needed anything. I was just a complete inconvenience to them. Any appetite I had was completely taken away bye their lack of courtesy and compassion for people in general. I don't look like I have gone through treatment because my hair is growing back a but by no means am I well. I would say They should really take the time to think about what their customers may be going through and to not be rude but isn't getting paid enough? I thought customer service was part of the job. I would rather deal with robots then...

I'm only giving three stars because the morning shifts seems to have respectful, attentive, adults working with good customer service. The lunch shift I just encountered today needs an attitude adjustment and replaced with employees that actually listen and give you everything you ask and pay for. Thanks to the one lady that did solve my issue and did not have an attitude with me. The flamboyant guy at the window got snappy with me because I stated my drink size was wrong. I was willing to pay and everything. I got treated like I did something wrong. Not my fault the window lady didn't listen nor care to make sure my order was right. I guess I will stick to coming to Wendy's in the morning...or go to another one. Didn't get a receipt, no cheese on my chicken sandwiches that I asked for, they kept bacon on my salad when I said no bacon, asked for two cups of cheese which they left out and my friend had to go in and get. We visited yesterday evening while in the area and was pleased with our food. Our food was made to order and came out hot, fresh, and accurate. The young lady that we interacted with wasn't overly friendly but she was pleasant, focused on her job, and respectful. The line was long and there was a longer wait than usual but it was clear that they were short staffed. I want to remind those who may read my review that the employees are human. They deal with different personalities, some unpleasant for no just reason, and they grow tired of being disrespected and treated less than a human. So the next time you're requesting for someone to make your food, remember that if it wasn't for them coming to work that you wouldn't be eating. Treat them kindly even when they're not smiling because we truly don't know what they are going through in their lives or how many unpleasant experiences they've dealt with throughout...
