Krystal — Restaurant in Millington

There's only one crystal in Millington, and this happens to be one of the worst I've been to. I'll never visit this place again, because we only have an hour for lunch and I spent 30 minutes waiting for my food when my order was fairly simple. A number one combo, no pickles and cheese. It's not like they had to fix my drink, I fixed my own drink it's not like they had to do a whole lot, I didn't order anything extra. But it took about 20 minutes before I got my order and another 10 minutes for me to get back to work, so half of my lunch break was spent waiting on my food! That doesn't sound too 'fast' does it! This is why I only use places in the Millington area that have apps, or websites where I can order my food, otherwise never again! By the time I got back to work my food was cold! Let me just say that the breakfast crew, is just as slow as the lunch crew! I literally ordered two sunrisers, and it took them about 7 minutes to hand it to me! It was during breakfast hours about 7:00 a.m., and it's still took such a long time for me to get two Sunrisers! Nothing to drink, no other sides or anything like that, literally two Sunrisers! Avoid THIS Krystal...

Tonight me and my friend were doordashing to krystals. Will never happen again!! If I could give negative stars I would. I have sat in this drive through for over 30 minutes. Keep in mind no other car is here. I would like to note that when me and my friend pulled in we immediately saw Every. Single. Employee. Sitting in the lobby on their phones. The hours of day say they close at 2am. It is only 11pm. We proceeded to go to the intercom and no one answered. We drove to the window still no answer. We then drove up to where the lobby was so we could double check if there were employees. There was and we made direct eye contact with employees. We then went back through the line and STILL no answer. We finally got someone to answer after we opened the window in the line and yelled in for some assistance. (Lobby was closed, and should never have to do.) We have still been sitting here an additional 10 minutes because the food has not been made yet. We are deeply unsatisfied with their customer service. And so is our doordash customer. Also note that when we expressed how long we sat there and asked if they seen us Wendy gave...

Wait time is ridiculous!!!

3-6-19. I want to know why do they always ask u to pull up an they bring out the order to car......this is ridiculous, they even do it when no-one else is even at drive-thru. I hate this & so badly want to tell them no I'm not leaving the window---no1 even came by the time I got my food, so its not to help other customers. Why???

6-21 if I tell u I want pick 5 an I want an icee as one of my items.....why would the person then ask if I want a small an charge me .69 extra......how would I know what size comes with deal?? An when she told me total I told her it was wrong but she didn’t come back so I keep waiting till I get to window an she still is lost or clueless——I never asked for any size, an how would I know deal comes with extra small or sample or whatever y’all call it——I didn’t ask for a size, I did however ask for icee on pick 5 special.......wasted time she couldn’t even fix my order/total so I went somewhere an waited thru line again——-thanks, I had nothing better to do on Friday night...
