Very disappointed. I was gonna order online but it didn't have an option to add ingredients on the pizza so I decided to call and make it easy. Unfortunately it was not. The lady I spoke to was very nice, I told her that I wanted to order a X-large supreme pizza with pineapple and 12 wings plain. She told me it would be 15-20 minutes. When we got there the lady at the window said that it was $86. The website said it should've only been $45. I was very confused by this. My husband asked for a breakdown of how the total came out to $86 and even with that the math didn't add up. I feel we got swindled because if I had just ordered from the website it would've only been half the price we paid. When we got home the pizza didn't even have all the veggies on it. It had olives, mushrooms, pepperoni and sausage and a tiny bit of pineapple (not anywhere close enough for them to justify the $4.99 that they charged us in addition) nothing even remotely close to a supreme pizza.There was hardly any cheese and not even enough topping to stretch to the crust. We are very big on buying from local businesses but I'll be damned of we order from them again. Being $86 we figured it should've been good,but it was so disappointing. We will never be back there again and won't ever reccomend...
Read moreThese people may have good tasting food, but they have no idea how to run a business or treat their customers. You don't offer a customer discounts on food when they choose not to get the side salad that comes with the meal and then forget to charge them the discounted price that you offer. Apparently, they have employees working there that don't know or are not on the same page with the owner as to their store policies. The owner is very rude and like to argue with his customers instead of appologizing for the mistake his employee made. He instead likes to threaten to call the police and call his customers worthless. I will never ever eat in one of his businesses again. At my place of employment we treat each and every customer with respect and we stand by what we tell them. THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. You don't argue with them and treat them like crap when they are just going by what your staff informs them of, and not some made up information. I agree that I had an old menu today, but that doesn't change being over charged for the part of our items we were told we would get a discount for if we didn't choose to have it with our meal like a salad. Read moreI have eaten here multiple times, but never called in a order and never had any issues. First time calling in an order and they messed it up and would not give a refund. I called in an order for Fettuccine Alfredo to feed several people and she said we called it in for spaghetti and meatballs. She said that she repeated the order over the phone and she never did. The staff also said if we were to order Fettuccine Alfredo that we would have to come in and order in person and stay there. The only reason is because it takes a couple minutes longer which makes no sense at all and the Alfredo is the same price. Staff said they could not give us a refund and could only give us a smaller dish of Alfredo (not the same size as the spaghetti) if we brought the spaghetti back. One of the staff told us to try it and see if we liked it instead of fixing our order. This was the same staff who gave us attitude when we told her that she messed up the order. I will not be coming back to this restaurant. Recommend going inside and ordering not calling...
