Dunkin' — Restaurant in Millstone Township

Live in Millstones go to 33 Dunkin (Ken’s place) . The clarksburg D&D is little bit closer so I try it. Afternoon young girls (high school or college kids) very nice . Morning time today I always do mobile app, get to window friendly Spanish girl broken English (not the problem) my order is missing 2 drinks and 2 muffins. I explain I am short few items her response okay yes bye. 3 times and another girl who tells me same thing, I show her receipt and they yes me again and say bye. The fourth time showing them my receipt they understood and got me my order. Always some situation In morning hours with order. My order is usually $22-$32 with 5 dollar tip everytime. Never again am I going to this place before 2pm. I hear same complaints from everyone who goes In morning. Seems like no management or leadership. Afternoon girls...

I don’t get food from places very often so when I do decide to spend my hard earned money it’s a pretty big deal. This morning I went through the drive through and ordered two plain bagels with cream cheese toasted, when I came to the window, the server took one look at me and turned to her friend talkin bout “cobrone” I don’t speak Spanish fluently so I don’t wanna make accusations but I was in uniform so it concerned me. Especially when I got my order and realized that there was hardly any cream cheese on the bagel to the point where I could’ve just ordered it without anything on the thing. I was on a time crunch to get to work so I didn’t have time to check and ask for it to be fixed, but I just wanted to take a moment to express my disappointment as I we’ll go hungry...

literally the worst service ever , first of all, this is one of the many orders that have had a problem no matter when i go and what i get there’s ALWAYS a problem. it’s so bad to the point that the very nice doordash worker that jsut delivered my order literally warned me of how bad their service was and how someone quit their job right infront of him. i ordered 5 drinks but i received three, and out of all three two of them are wrong!!!! unreal. And the boston cream donut looked like someone LICKED the top of it?!!!! it’s getting ridiculous to the point where i would rather drive to the second nearest dunkin everytime i want a coffee , their service is slow and bad quality.
