Double L, INC — Restaurant in Millvale

Everything great, until shift change. Around 6:30 (sunday 01/22/2023) our original bartender (great person) left the bar, and this grumpy lady was in the bar (don’t know her name), and right away yelled at a person with a kid. I understand the rules are at the bar, that no person under 21 are allowed inside the bar, But I have also (as many) worked in the service industry, and the way she talked to this person was really out of the way. The bartender kicked her out into the rain……. That changed the whole dynamic of the bar, so be mind of who is bartending there. We go there pretty often, and it sad to se the kind of service this particular lady was providing to patrons of...

Regardless of how polite i was, The bartenders, doorman, DJ and even the owner will not show you any respect unless you are familiar face (regular). I have worked in the bar/nightclub industry for many years and that was the worst service i have ever experienced at a bar or night club. They did not even try to help me get a cab back to the hotel until i finally made a fuss about it. I do not like making a fuss about anything. They did not deserve a tip, but i tipped 30% anyways. If you are from outbof Town, do not come Here The customers are WAY more friendly...

I love this bar. I love that they have a wall with their menu on it, so you know what drinks they have and what's in them. I like that I don't have to ask the bartender what they have or tell them I don't know what I want, because it's all right there! I love that you can choose to add flavors to your long island iced teas. They have a lot of really good shots too. Its a nice size but one downfall is that it can get a little crowded.
