I didn’t have any whiskey or bourbon on hand, so I enjoyed it as a traditional black tea, steeped at 212°F for five minutes. As it brewed, the cinnamon began to take the lead, followed by a gentle medley of ginger and clove. The result is a smooth, homey cup that soothes without a hint of astringency—perfect for a cozy evening in.

Tupelo Honey Chai – Upon opening the package, the first fragrance to greet me is the rich, comforting aroma of cardamom, soon joined by a soft cascade of other warming spices. It’s an absolutely delicious scent—like stepping into a cozy kitchen on a chilly afternoon. I prepared a concentrate using two teaspoons steeped at 212°F for 10 minutes, then added warmed soy milk frothed to a silky finish.
