Not sure how this place got a 4.6 rating. The food was ok at best, a little overpriced for what was offered. An egg bowl was $14.50 and was only about 6" round. The egg sandwich was priced pay per everything. Start with a sandwich for $5.95 add cheese .75 add bacon $3.00 add .25 for an everything bagel that didn't have everything on it. That makes a standard egg bacon and cheese for a whooping $9.95. Pair that with the fact that there is no room inside the building and everyone was told to wait outside. While no one was told when their food was ready. And our food was cold. My cheese wasn't even melted. I am sure the time of the day had a lot to do with the service issues being that it was pretty busy. Overall it was an "experience"
Edit: Dropped a star as the owner lied about the portions and size of the bowl and how it was served hot. Took nearly 3 months to respond to our review without an apology or even an acknowledgement of their wrong doing. It takes a real person who understands business to humble themselves to see that there are clear weakness in their business model. Unfortunately this owner responds to everyone as if the customer is wrong. If the customers are so wrong than why do many of your reviews seem to have the same issues. Maybe its time to rebrand, refocus on your product, prices and...
Read moreThe young lady at the front was sweet, had a smile on her face & the seating area outside was cute! As for the food, not so cute… Everything we ordered is something we would normally order from any spot that serves breakfast. For ~$37 we got 1 iced chai, 1 Arnold Palmer, 1 French toast muffin & 2 bacon, egg and cheese sandwiches on ciabatta rolls. One had extra bacon, one subbed for scrambled egg at no extra cost.
The chai latte looks & tastes like it’s almost entirely oat milk with cinnamon… disappointing. The Arnold Palmer tastes like unsweetened lemon water?? Like barely brewed tea, lots of lemon and water… The breakfast sandwich starts at $6 and ended up $9.75 & $12.75 (+$3 for extra bacon) We opted for ciabatta’s bc the bagels on display look like grocery store bagels. The “ciabatta” was very dry and I’m wondering if it was gluten free bread. There was SO MUCH black pepper on the bacon?? The scrambled egg tasted like premixed carton/rehydrated eggs. The muffin was not bad, but idk if it was...
Read moreI went into the Cakery for some cookies, and found they were clearly over priced toll house cookies from US foods (food supplier) and the owner was EXTREMELY rude because I showed up and she “was not ready” even thought it was the time my sister was told to pick them up. Then I went into the Kristina’s Kitchen and saw cardboard soup containers from Giant that they were pouring into plastic containers and claiming they were home made. I was very disappointed in the overpriced store bought food. I do also believe that they are cooking in what looked like a bathroom. I noticed slow cookers (instapot) in what looked like a bathroom that an employee had just used. Needless to say I will never return, and I hope the health department checks them out soon before a customer gets sick from their lack of professionalism and...
