Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Milpitas

Well, goodbye, Baskin and Robbins, I have been a customer for over 5 years at this location, but today I came to get a gallon of coconut ice and vanilla or any of the bigger size and was received with lots of hostility from attendant, Indian gal in her 20's , refuse to fill the flavors cause implied extra work, had to take whatever was available and refuse to give me paper cups, she said 50 cents each, no more of this nonsense for me this franchises treat people like trash, no more putting up with this behavior, I'm going to coldstone now 3 blocks on the other side, basking Robbins can't treat me like that I can buy anywhere where I'm treated with kind and respect. The younger lady working today, 7/31 @ 430p was rude to my kids, nieces, and nephews. The kids weren't doing anything wrong. They were simply asking to try a sample. A sample not multiple samples. If you don't want to provide samples then please don't have it available. Even if you feel overwhelmed because more customers come in after we got there, you should still be polite and address the adults not the kids. We are also customers like everyone else and we deserve respect like everyone else. To the manager or owner of this location, please provide better training and staffing especially on special discount...

If I could give it a -10 stars I would. I ordered a cake online from there and it was not made. Not only that but the manager had me waiting there for nothing. He was trying to get me to get a full sheet of cake or store credit while he was complaining about his employees. but I dont care, I want my cake or my $$ back. Especially since this shop is an hour away from me. He promised me a check for a refund and what do you know, I never received it. It's been over a week and I have still yet to get my $$ back. SO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! NEVER...
