Great spot for family walks or just having a picnic. Also, for a simple date. There's not a whole lot here for kids. Though there are a lot of birds from ducks, geese, and pigeons that your kids can feed seeds or bread to. Even though there's a sign that says not to feed the animals, I see people doing all the time. Then there's a decent pond for anglers to catch carp and bass. The sunset during the summer time is picturesque, especially with the reflections.
We visit this lake very often because we reside in the community that has a gated access to the lake. I mostly taking my 5 year old on the bike. At times, my kid likes feeding the birds - mostly ducks & pigeons that are in the lake all round the year.

Read moreIt’s a small lake with a 0.4 mile trail around it. It lake has more than a 100 ducks. It’s a nice place to stroll around with kids. The trail is very narrow allowing 2 people to pass by comfortably. It’s a scenic stroll with ducks and a little fountain in the lake.
In the evening around 5.30 few people bring seeds for the ducks and it’s quite a spectacle to watch all the birds rush to feed...
