Our breakfast was literally prepped and made fresh right there in front of us, by the same great lady that waited on us. Even the French toast batter. Potatoes were deep fried but not greasy. Eggs were cooked as we ordered: his were over hard and mine were over medium. Crispy bacon, buttered toast, and good black coffee.
