This McDonald's is literally the worst one that I've ever been in. People were even telling me horrific stories about this McDonald's after I was there and saying how dirty it is, sloppy and horrible the food is and even that the owner is very abusive towards his employees. So I'm not going to give it a higher rating than ome star honestly. There's other McDonald's that are far superior and have way higher standards and I recommend going to one that is owned and operated by McDonald's or a different owner than who owns the ones that includes the Milton McDonald's that he owns of Jason Rippon the owner. I'm not trying to lie at all or persuade anyone how I mean such as you are free to review it and hear or read others reviews to and I've heard a lot of negativity towards his McDonald's stores including that people will not go to his stores and will drive out of the area to go to a McDonald's that is owned by other owners and that they love the McDonald's that is owned by the other owner as the employees are some of the best and care about the customers. Read moreApparently the manager is completely incompetent… The frappe/milkshake machine is ALWAYS down. If the owner of the place likes to literally lose money, he definitely should keep the manager on staff. The machine has been down for 4 weeks.. And it’s very clear the manager told the employees to tell customers that “they are waiting on a part”. I guess the employees are mechanics now. McDonald’s is the largest restaurant chain on the planet.. I would think “parts” are available. It’s the worst run business I’ve ever seen. The only positive the place has going is one of their employees Kiara or something, she was really nice and gave me an honest apology over this part thing. Read moreI have eaten at McDonald's all over the country and this is by far the worst one I have ever eaten at. 99% of the time the food is cold or the order is wrong. Today after waiting 20 minutes in line at the drive-thru we had to pull aside to wait on our food which was 3 breakfast burritos and a hash brown. After waiting another 20 minutes and seeing all the other vehicles that had pulled aside leaving with their food as well as there being no cars in the drive-thru I went in to inquire where our order was. The woman who I spoke with ,the manager I believe, didn't seem to care and then I found out our order hadn't even been started yet. After waiting another 10 minutes I got the food and a minor apology for it not being made. So an order that takes several minutes to make turned into an almost hour wait!
On other occasions that I have stopped I have heard the shift manager swearing loudly at the top of his lungs at employees and calling one stupid. This is the worst run fast food placeI have ever been too! You can wait months in between stops there and it never changes!! The Rippons should be ashamed to have their names attached...
