Subway — Restaurant in Milton

This location is the absolute worse! I called to place a simple order about 45 min or so before closing. Nothing fancy, it was to be a very simple order consisting of only 3 sandwiches & a salad. However, when the extremely rude young woman(Jane)answered the phone & I asked if I could place an order, she said, "Well yeah, what do you want?" I proceeded to ask what kind of bread was the softest, to which she replied, "All we have is wheat!" Ok, so I tried to order a foot long meatball, but was stopped by her telling me that they didn't make hot sand. after 9. Well, that was news to me, so I changed it to a foot long tuna fish, or at least I tried to. I was then told they were out of tuna! Really? I'm calling BS on that one. At this point I was interrupted by the girl not asking me to hold, but telling a walk-in cust that she'd help her in a min. I then ordered 3 ft long black forest ham sand, pretty basic: prov. cheese, lettuce, tom, mayo, salt & pepper. Then ordered a salad with lettuce tom, black olives, jalapenos, & shredded cheese. She asked when I wanted to pick them up & I said, well you close @10, right? To which she said, "Well yeah, but I have a bunch of cust here, so it's gonna be a little while, so I'll just see you whenever!" & she hung up! We got to the store @10:03, but as we walked up, she was counting the register. She had all the light off & all the lids on the few buckets that were left on the line. There were no sand made either. I said, ugh we called in an order to come pick up. Jane said with a smart @ss attitude, "Well, u didn't come, so I didn't make it!" Well, excuse me, but I thought the whole point in phoning in an order ahead was so it'd be ready for pick up when I arrived. I said, well hon, you said it would take a while cuz you had other cust, so we came in at closing time. She just shrugged her shoulders & rolled her eyes. It was then that I asked her for the phone # to corporate & to tell me what her name was, since she had on no name tag. She said she didn't know the # & refused to tell me her name. So I pulled out my phone & told her I'd get the # myself & that I'd just ask the Circle K employee who she was. As we're about to walk off, she says, "What were the sandwiches?" I laughed & said oh no honey, don't bother now & I walked out hungry! I will NEVER order from this location again! I hope she didn't need that job, since she dang sure didn't act like it! The was the worst experience I have had with subway! Tonight my husband went in to get us subs after going to the beach. As soon as he went in, an employee ignore him and didn’t not acknowledge him standing there. Then a lady came up and said to my husband, “ You know our ovens are down.” And was very rude about the situation. And don’t get me wrong, I totally understand things happen and it’s out of their control but my husband replied saying, “ If it’s still alright, we can take our subs cold.” Well my husband tells her our order and tells her, “ My Wife wants ‘ The Outlaw’ sandwich which only comes with Steak, Pepper Jack Cheese, Green Peppers, Red onions and Baja Chipotle sauce. When we got home from subway. The lady had put black olives, banana peppers and jalapeño on my sandwich when we specifically asked for the outlaw sandwich the way it came. This is a serious issue especially if someone had received this sandwich and had an allergies or couldn’t have those foods. It was unprofessional how things were handle and was waste of my time....

Worst experience at any subway ever, Danielle couldn't even be bothered to try to do her job. I ordered 2 footlong subs 1 chicken teriyaki and 1 steak teriyaki, both subs were supposed to be toasted, however she didn't toast either one, and she also did not cook the steak or chicken that goes into the sandwiches. She refused to fix the situation because I ordered on the app, so because I ordered on the app you can't make the food the way I ordered it? Also I've worked at subway years while I was in school and know that even if the sub isn't supposed to be toasted you are supposed to toast the chicken and steak meat that goes into the sandwich. No one wants their chicken and steak ice cold out the fridge. Ridiculous that she couldn't do a single thing to correct...
