Taco Bell — Restaurant in Milton

This is literally the fifth time in a row we've made a mobile order at this location and when we've picked it up it's been completely wrong. I'm usually the one to pick it up so I just check it before leaving and have to always go back around. But this time my husband went to get it who never checks it. We only got two tacos and some random loose chips in the bag (not even in a chip bag) when our order was like triple that amount of food. You're probably wondering why we even would come back after that many mess ups but we only do because Taco Bell is my husbands favorite. We already drive fifteen minutes (one way) to this location but I guess we'll just have to drive 30 minutes to the other (one hour round trip, yay us). Please send someone from corporate in to teach these workers to read. Between my husband and I we have almost 10 years of fast food experience and we know how it's done and there's absolutely no excuse for this, ESPECIALLY when it happens EVERY single time. I placed an order on the app to be picked up at 5:45, I went inside the restaurant at 5:20 and as soon as I gave them my name, they handed me a bag. I went out to my car and realized 2 items were missing and everything that was there was cold and the hard shell items were soggy and falling apart. When I went back in, the guy behind the counter argued with me that it couldn't have been cold because it was 'just made' and the best he could do was give me the missing items. I told him I'd either like the order remade or a refund, because it was obviously made an hour ago when I placed the order. He rolled his eyes at me and got the manager. I had to wait 45 minutes for the order to remade, and when I got it, every single hard-shell item was smashed to the point that it was inedible. Shouldn’t even give them a 1 star, honestly. I’m not one to do bad reviews because i work in the food business and I understand how stressful it is but this is just ridiculous. I ordered a nacho bell grande, chicken chalupa, volcano taco, chips & cheese, and a cheesy bean and rice burrito for my household for dinner. The cheesy bean and rice burrito and chicken chalupa was not in the bag at all. the soft taco that came in our combo had little to nothing on it, basically just the shell and some cheese and our nacho bell grande was lacking meat, cheese, and tomatoes so basically just chips. $22 wasted for us.
