Ashley's Bar-B-Que — Restaurant in Milwaukee

I took my wife here to get lunch for her and her co worker they wanted barbecue and my usual go to food truck was closed so I suggest let’s go to Ashley’s so I go and order a rib tip dinner and 2 half and half dinners tips and shoulder with greens and Mac and cheese and with the rib tip dinner the sides were Mac and cheese and baked beans so the total came out to 89 dollars ok cool sides 4 dollars a piece and the meals were like 24-26 dollars a peice waited a half an hour for the food to come and take my wife back to work to make a long post shorter the greens were gritty and not seasoned trash!!!!!🗑️ the Mac and cheese was dry and stiff no seasoning at all again 🗑️ tips where all bones for the most part my wife’s shoulder we’re all fat and in my dinner only two pieces of shoulder and all tips which were again all bones the baked beans where in a dipping sauce container cold slaw was trash 🗑️ best thing in the whole dinner was the two pieces of white bread!!!!! Rate 0 out of 0!!!!!!! would never recommend to anybody!!!!!! my wife and her co worker through there plates in the garbage and mine ended up dog scraps almost 90 dollars and nothing edible is crazy...

Where do I start, this establishment has gone down so far… let’s count the ways Supporting your own becomes a hassle 1. They don’t take anything but cash (inconvenience big time) 2 No call in orders you must come in (smh) 3. They are rude and really don’t have any customer service skills. I called in on the “thank you for calling Ashley’s we don’t take phone orders you gotta come in!” Ok just want to know before I waste my gas and time do you have the perch fish tonight? Yes we do! I’m so angry I wasted at least an hour for nothing this is why all these other places are booming with their businesses (Fryers, JJ’S, Sharks, Hooks) they wouldn’t had you waste your time and not even offer you something to keep you coming back. My husband visited this restaurant (to say the least) last weekend, definitely a big mistake. He ordered wing dinner for thr both of us, Bbq'd of course with fries. He waited 40 mins, once we received my husband stated how long he had to wait. The only thing offered was peach cobbler which he had already bought one. Both were horrible. my husband taste the food in the car & vigorish was cold. I immediately called because my chicken was very soft, basically not done. I will not patronize this place again. The dad part is they dont give refunds because they would be out of business due to the horrible food. I called & spoke with manager who I feel lied about his name. He told me his name was Michael and stated he had just dropped out chicken....well my husband waited 40.mins to get undone chicken.
