Every time my kids come there they are always so extra nice to them and give them extra juices. so even when they run out of stuff I don't really get upset like most people because I know that sometimes things happened and they are always so helpful.
UPDATE: Came back as usual to get my kids French toast sticks before I go to work. Was greeted on the monitor right away. After completing my order I pulled around to pay for my food. 3 people including the manager greeted me with "Good Morning". I said it back and told them to keep up the good work. I also told them I wrote a review about them. Normally I don't tell anyone when I do that but sometimes its important to motivate a company to keep doing good at their job. They seemed very pleased to hear that. I paid for my food as was told to pull around to the front because they were dropping my food fresh. I pulled around and waited 5 minuets. I started to get a tad bit frustrated because that was too long to be waiting for my food. I ordered 4 French toast sticks, 2 has browns, and an orange juice. I figured maybe it would take about a minute longer since my order was somewhat "big". Even though that might not have been the case, I wanted to be optimistic especially since I had just gave them a compliment. 5 more minutes went by and I became extremely pissed off. I was already pressing time by stopping by to grab the kids food because they begged me. I had 30 minutes to get to work at this point and I still hadn't dropped my kids off at daycare yet. I wanted to just go in a nd get a refund but at this point unloading my kids from their car seats and storming in there would have just taken up more of my time. I realized at that point I had to drive off. With out my phone or a refund. With my kids screaming in the background I picked up my phone called them and told them I had to leave and how I was going to come back up there after work. I told the lady over the phone how unhappy I was about waiting 10 minutes for my food. She then explained to me that one of the young ladies came out looking for me to bring my food. I told her I was right there in front of the building like they told me to be. She old me to bring my receipts up there later that they would take care of me. I didn't once hear and apology. Just excuses. Imagine how upset my kids were to know they were in line happy about getting their food but then screaming to the top of their lungs because they couldn't. Read moreI arrived at this location around 7:34pm. Its game 5 of the NBA finals so I'm trying to make it thru the drive thru as quickly as possible. Only one vehicle in front of me. Although it took me 15 mins for that one vehicle to leave the speaker, I didn't panic for all I was ordering was a spicy chicken sandwich. The young lady that took my order was very polite after she finally made it to the speaker. But she took my order and money then told me to go to the front and wait on my spicy chicken sandwich. "Ok". Now I'm getting scared. All I want is a spicy chicken sandwich. I go around and wait. When I went around there was the vehicle that was in front of me waiting and 2 other vehicles in front of her. 30 mins later (after the 15, 20 mins ive already sat) I see a total of 6 more vehicles behind me being sent to wait at the front entrance of the drive thru line like me. There wasn't even any room in the drive thru line for all the vehicles. Eventually the young lady came out the doors ( at about 8:20pm) and politely handed me my spicy chicken sandwich. I thanked her and decided to cut my losses from the situation. I missed a slight portion of the game. This is definitely not a way for management to do business. Ps: This sandwich that was of so much importance was not even for me. But my loved one I bought it for was not even satisfied with it. Read moreIf I could give it a zero I would. Every time you go to this location the employees are very rude and disgruntle. They are upset that their companies operation is only allowing two workers per shift and communicate this to customers poor business practices…. Then when attempting to order they are always out of certain meal selections. Today was my last attempt to support this location. I arrived at 955am to be told there was no more breakfast and there would be a 15 minute wait to start lunch. I agree to wait the 15 minutes. While waiting at about the 8 minute mark a lady stated in the intercom I could not wait at the drive through window because there was a timer in place. So you tell me I can’t order breakfast and I have to wait 15 minutes to order lunch then come back while I’ve waited 8 of the 15 minutes to tell me I can’t wait I’m drive through…. Poor customer service. Please make it make sense. Will no longer support this location. Went to locust and MLK location made it there at 1017 and was able to order breakfast...
