Juiced! Cold-Pressed Juicery — Restaurant in Milwaukee

My rating is related to the quality control and customer service response. I have been purchasing products from this business for several years, unfortunately, the customer service has gone downhill. My order was placed on 01/01/2022 and was ready for pick up on the afternoon of 01/03/2022. Due to a few unforeseen circumstances, I picked up my order a week later. When I arrived home, I noticed several bottles had drink by dates of 01/16/2022 and one was expired on 01/09/2022. I find this unacceptable, where's the quality control? By choice, no one purchases expensive drinks that are set to expire within a week (or two). Especially, when all the other ones expired in February. I contacted the manager and was told they would only exchange the expired drink and to freeze the other juices. I have never received that guidance, nor is it identified on the website. This does not feel like I am doing business with a company that values customers and provides good service. Please...

Ordered juice for a cleanse to kick off getting back into shape. Was forced to use FedEx for shipping, but they sent it ground. It wouldn't have been an issue if the delivery driver actually delivered it on the first day it was out for delivery. Instead I watched him drive past my house. I called customer service at FedEx and was assured that it would be delivered that day. Needless to say it was not and they marked it as "attempted delivery" even though I was home and watched the driver go by my house (FedEx map tracking). The juice was warm when it got here so it went into the trash. They were good about issuing the refund, but they have a very poor choice in their shipping partner. Recommend ordering from Squeezed with free same day shipping (when it isn't free it isn't over $100 like this company).

Through Groupon I received a discount on their 5-day juice cleanse. Due to Covid and high demand, I received my order about a week after I made my order instead of the usual 2-day timeframe. That I don't mind at all. I completely understand the circumstances. My complaint is actually about the product. The cleanse consisted of 7 of the most sugary juices I have ever had. The amount of sugar is not at all condusive to a proper cleanse. This was not my first cleanse, mind you. I've done other cleanses that made me feel absolutely refreshed thought the entire process. But after a day and a half of the Juiced! 5-day cleanse, I couldn't handle the sugar content. It made me ill! Which is absolutely uncommon for me. With shipping and the discounted price I paid about $150. Great deal! Definitely still...
