Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Milwaukee

I always ask them to park and come in the back because the front door is stuck locked in the special instructions and they have only honored that request one time in all the times I've ordered, I know the drivers read it they just ignore it.

Today I really regret giving the driver a $14 tip because my dessert was missing from the order, I called the store and waited on hold for about 5 min explained what I was missing and he said give me 10 min I'll send it out.

After 26 min no phone call no redelivery I called and someone answered the phone like but didn't say anything even after I said hello.

That was 45 min ago, no follow up call no redelivery.

**Edit for new order placed 12/03/24, my order came out of the oven at 4:09 and by 4:49 had not left the store yet, I had called 3x and when the call rings for close to 3 min the line automatically disconnects, (I was going to request to cancel it); the store manager brought it (not sure if there were any drivers available or what happened) and said they would be cancelling my order and refunding me due to the wait. The order was also incorrect, but I thought the store Manager's desire to make it right deserved updating my review from 2 stars to 4.

I don't know if I'll continue to order from this location because both these orders went so badly, but I appreciate that particular store manager going out...

I had my food delivered to have the wrong order. And then when I called up there, they told me the best that they could do was give me a free pizza the next time I ordered. But what about the $60 I just paid for all of the food, and the food that you delivered to me was less than $20. So I drove up there. They treated me with respect. Fixed my order for me immediately and treated me with kindness. I understand things happen. I’m just explaining my experience. It was also a very nasty snow day today so I understand things can get screwed up. But to not offer to give me the money that I spent back is where I see a problem. $60 is a lot of money. For it to just be thrown away I don’t do that very lightly. And maybe that’s what the girl is told to do but they’re going to get somebody hurt doing that. Not saying I’m gonna hurt anybody. But that’s just me. This is a crazy world today and people do dumb things...

My experience with the dominos located at 3500 w Capitol drive is ALWAYS terrible. I ordered the 16 piece Parmesan bites at 4:27pm yesterday and didn’t get my order until 5:30. They clicked it off of the screen so it can look like the store is doing good with time but they aren’t. They were also being very disrespectful. The time before this I ordered a large pizza and some cheese bread for delivery. They gave me a small pizza. I then had to drive my car to the store to get the order fixed. Which defeated the purpose of me ORDERING the food. I didn’t get my money that I paid for delivery back either. Nothing. This store is so terrible, every order takes over a hour. And that’s mainly because the workers do not work they be on their phones on FaceTime texting or watching videos. Very...
