If i could give them zero stars i absolutely would. I ordered online like i usually would and waited for the delivery person to arrive. I watched the tracker to see eta as i am working from home and wanted to make sure i hurried and got my food upon the drivers arrival. i see on the tracker the driver was at a completely different complex i started looking out my window because surely the driver would figure out she’s not too far off. on the tracker i seen the driver sitting at the other complex for 10mins or so. i screenshot everything. i then refreshed to see if the driver moved and found the correct location. Nope, they were completely gone from the tracking map. I then seen that my order was submitted as complete. Immediately i called the restaurant. The managers name is ashley i was told. She was super rude and lied about what happened with the delivery. She first said that the driver left my food at the door. Although i never seen the driver pop up anywhere. I went to check. I didn’t see my food anywhere in sight. Again i looked out the window the entire time as i watched the tracker and seen no one show up, i relayed that to her. She then told me the driver gave me my food (Obviously was a big lie.) Then later told me the driver seen a neighbor take my food and i should go knocking on their doors to get my food back. She was super rude and unprofessional. I asked for a refund she ignored that request and told me her driver wouldn’t lie about delivering food. I had never accused anyone of lying, just that i did not receive my food! Super frustrated with her tone and attitude i I told her i didn’t care about anything else she had to say, i wanted a refund. She told me, “I don’t care either have a nice day” and hung up. i recorded the first call. i called back after she’d hung up and she lied saying i cussed her out and she tried to resolve my issues but i was unreasonable. Extremely glad i documented the entire thing. I also never received a refund and will be sharing the recorded call to her supervisor. Read moreFirst of all, I hate their to twists: they're hard. They need to go back to bread sticks. But after I ordered this week I SPECIFICALLY DID NOT ask for contactless delivery as I don't like my food being placed on the ground. When delivery person ashley (the shift manager,@ that!) arrived she played around with ringing the doorbell, finally when she appropriately ID'd herself, I buzzed her in, but she had apparently already been in. How she entered is beyond me. She could've broken in, for all I know. Meanwhile I'm still sitting & waiting at my door for a knock. Well, the knock never came, but before I called the store back, I just thought I'd check the door on the off chance a stork may have flown it in, or something. Well my food was there. I still don't know how. That's how I knew she'd been in my bldg unannounced. She could've let me know. But she didn't. I didn't know where my food had been (I've had issues w/ delivery people stopping at other units in my bldg, w/ MY STUFF in hand. Scary!! So when I called to demand my tip back, ashley SAID she'd remove the tip,. But she didn't. Highly unprofessional, & dangerous to way to conduct business! BEWARE...
Read moreI should have read the reviews first. 12:05 order. 12:14 Paul quality control checking it. 12:35 I called because the tracker hadn't moved. 12:36 voice recording said mine was next for pickup. 12:37 the manager finally gets on and I voice my concerns that my pizza is not going to be a hot, fresh, delicious pie since it's been sitting for 22 minutes. He said he only has one driver and he'll be back soon to get my pizza. "Sometimes that's the way it is" .. "I tell people they should just come pick it up". Me: when were you supposed to tell me that?
If you know that you're 30 minutes behind, put the pizza in 20 minutes later. Is that really a problem you can't solve?
12:45 driver picked up. 12:55 had a cold pizza where even the hot garlic butter was now a spread.
So apparently, if you want a better pizza, you have to go to the store. But don't go to this one. If you don't have workers....look...
