Ordered for pick up today (10/28) for around 5pm and I walked in for my order and no one bothered to ask, ‘how can I help?’ Then a man with his two kids walked in after me and they asked him if he had a pick up order or if he wanted anything. So I thought, ‘well maybe they’ll just help me in a second.’ I was wrong. Three more guys ended up walking in and they helped them first. So now I had 4 guys who all skipped me. I just stood there, feeling so ignored. I had to walk over to the two ladies who were just standing around and try to get one of the ladies attention- I had to wave like hello I’m here!!! and I just had 4 guys skip me and you guys didn’t even ask if I was there for pick up order or if I wanted anything! I even brought it up to one of other workers that was putting the pizzas in the oven, he just smiled a little bit and didn’t even offer an apology. Make sure you ask EVERY single person that walks in your door if they are there for pick up or if they want anything IN THE ORDER THAT THEY CAME IN. DON’T MAKE PEOPLE...
Read moreso i had a horrible experience at ian’s pizza story hill last night. i ordered 5 slices for my family online at 6:13, i was told my order would be ready at 6:46. i got there at 6:50 and was told it would be 10 more minutes. so at 7pm, i saw they had been giving everyone their orders who ordered in store but my order wasn’t anywhere to be seen. i had to remind them of my order again and they still hadn’t even warmed it up. when they finally did, they left my slices in the oven for 8 minutes. i had to flag someone down to ask if they could get my slices out of the oven and they were of coarse burnt. so i asked if they could remake them. i did not end up getting my slices until 7:14 which is an hour after i ordered. i go to ian’s very often and know this is not how it works. you said on IG that your staff was trained prior to opening but that didn’t seem to be the case. i’m very unhappy with my experience at this location which sucks because i love ian’s pizza. hopefully they can get their...
Read moreEdit: They haven't gotten better. I am not sure why they advertise their weekly specialty pizza. They never have it available. And for a place built on slices, they never have them. "Sorry we just got cleaned out" is only an excuse your first 6 months after opening. Between the rudeness of the staff, the long cook times for the pizzas, and the parking, they really help me kick my food addiction.
Imagine, if I walk in or call, all you have to do is not screw up and you get my money. Well, they are really good at screwing up. If this were a review on rudeness, 5 stars, all the way.
Not worth it. I eat pizza 2-3 times a week, so that works out to say 120 pizzas, times 30 bucks. Maybe Ian's is too good for 3600 bucks a year in sales, but boy howdy my wallet is happy.
Thanks Ian for saving me money. I couldn't do it without your...
