JJ Fish & Chicken — Restaurant in Milwaukee

U can forgot about ordering by phone! Lol.. I was on hold while driving there. Got there in 8 mins and still was on hold. The staff did explain he was busy and had a new employee to train. I was understanding and I placed my order. It took about 12 mins to get my fried 4 pc Catfish dinner (9/5/17 - 10:19pm). While paying for my order, the new employee made a mistake and gave someone else's order to another person who left immediately. U can sense the frustration from the staff and the customers. The customer was very upset and I tried to defuse the situation by keeping a smile on my face. I tried talking to the customer and the staff and make light of the situation. Inside I was like wowwwww!

Be mindful *u hv to grab ur own napkins and plasticware. I was unaware of that. Lol, no one told me either but it's ok.. Lol. I totally forgot to ask cause I was so paranoid inside the location. I just wanted to get my food and go as fast as I could blink before somethg else jumped off.

The customer service here do suck and the staff actually said it and they said, if u dont want to eat there dont. They feel offended when customers degrade their service and say mean things to them. I know it ruff to hv a fast food place and angry customers all the time. Buttttttt the food is good!!

Very bad customer service. The food was horrible. The shrimp had a funny taste to it and the chicken was not fried hard enough. I ordered okra and the guy poured lemon pepper seasoning on my okra without asking me and when I told him I didn't want lemon pepper seasoning on my okra, he started to be rude in front of everyone saying I should have told him that I didn't want lemon pepper seasoning on my okra and when I said you should have asked they started speaking in their language, very rude. He then gave the okra to the cook and told him to drop the okra back in the cooking oil and I then asked for a refund. Never gonna support this restaurant again. I never knew that lemon pepper seasoning is added to okra and when I order food from other restaurants they always ask first if I would like lemon pepper seasoning on my food and it shouldn't be any different anywhere else. If I could rate this store 0 stars I would!!! Please, what ever you do… DO NOT EAT FROM HERE!! I recently bought a 20 piece combo literally 2 days ago.
