I was disgusted with service received today. My 1st visit cashier Rose didn't greet she seemed very frustrated and overwhelmed running cash register as well as expediting orders. I showed her my coupon through my email she said I was suppose to print it that's why she was having trouble scanning coupon. I know for that's not true. I asked for fries with my order as side item needed to make coupon valid. Coupon said order a side item NOT two side items. However Rose took it upon herself to add a drink. I was wondering why it was so high so I paid got my own receipt because she walked away to get other customer order to them. I read receipt it said 2 subs chips and a drink!!!!!! They had 4 people poorly positioned short staffed to say it was lunch rush hour. Rose charged me for a drink didn't give me a cup so i had to return to her ask for my cup for a drink i didn't order.The sandwich maker on board black guy handed me my order I asked for my fries he said your receipt says chips I said I specifically asked her for fries. He then put my order down on counter walked away while telling Rose to give me fries which a few were in fry holder directly behind him. She stop helping customer @ register placed fries into fry box sat them in the fry holder went back to register to complete transaction w/ customer meanwhile I'm still waiting for fries that are ready to just be placed into my bag.. Finally she placed them into bag 3minutes later. Never apologized nor thanked me. She never ask if it was dine in or to go so I had to pull my food out of bag to eat there. There was just a few pieces of lettuce on my sandwiches just enough to see strands of lettuce maybe a three finger pinch. I will NOT be returning nor recommending cousins to anyone. I work hard for my money not to be disappointed when I'm spending it. They NEED MORE staff and all needs to be retrained in customer service. I read reviews before going to location; they were bad. Yet my coupon was for that location in my email!!!!!!!!! I traveled 40 blocks only to disgusted while spending my hard earned money. Please fix this...
Read moreI WILL NEVER I MEAN NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION MAYBE EVEN THE CHAIN PERIOD. I just left this location I got home my $35 order is wrong I got a wrong sub. I called spoke with the manager Ken he was so rude & arrogant. I spoke in a calm voice he spoke over me told me I was yelling I stated I wasn't I'm just speaking he stated you're yelling because my ear hurts. That and his attitude was the last straw for me. Went back to the location way out of my way wait in line get to the front hand him my receipt and state I'm here for a refund. He continued to look over my receipt then say I can't give you one,and your going to have to wait until Monday to speak with the gm. I mind you today is Saturday and my children and I are hungry now. He then says the reason is because I left the store with the food so there for he could not refund my money. I was supposed to open up everyone's food to check it. Then I state I've never heard of such a thing. He then says well you'll be waiting for a long time because I'm not refunding your money. Then says if you don't leave I'll call security I was shocked at the level of disrespect.I state fine call them because this was a made up policy. Needless to say security showed up. Now I have $35 worth of food sitting in my car until Monday morning first thing...I was so pissed and mad I cried all...
Read moreI went there because of the horrible customer service from the previous time and received 25% off my next order for a positive please come back so I came back yesterday to receive my 25% off the manager yelled at me in front of the whole store swore at me and was very disrespectful and very controlling when I was trying to make a large order I tried to make the order separate so I could understand and make sure I didn't get anything wrong and didn't forget anything and she said I couldn't order that way so I had to do whatever she said to get the order done all said and done I forgot one sandwich she repeated the order three times and still got it wrong at that point she started to be disrespectful and yelling I will never go to the store again this was the second time in a row I was very disrespected and humiliated in front of everyone in the store even customers even the staff was on her side making fun of me I'm going to report them to the Better Business Bureau if I had a choice I will give them...
