Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Milwaukee

I placed an order through my Pizza Hut app, around 820pm I used points for some wings, I ordered a pizza and breadsticks. They didn’t have a driver so they outsourced to door dash which I should have known then that we were going to have a problem but hey maybe I could be wrong. I get a message that door dash would be delivering my food by 925 and then it changed to 945pm. Then I looked at the tracking for door dash and the driver canceled the order, I called the restaurant to see why my order was picked up and then the driver cancelled and they hung up on me, I called back and they hung up on me again and that happened six times before they stopped answering the phone. This has never happened before I have ordered from this location two other times before but I won’t do that again. I guess the good and honest people were working those days and the weekend is for the trash, What kind of establishment are you running to where this is acceptable practice in any way but hey moving here has taught me a lot about people in the area and how horrible they can be. I ordered delivery order of 33.04 worth of food that included with a 24.99 deal, 2 Large 1 topping pizzas, bread sticks and 8 bone -in honey bbq wings, also with a promo code for some free cinnamon sticks and frosting for my birthday and waited 2 and half hours for it. Hen when they delivered it pizza was cold and old tasting. Didn't get my bone-in honey BBQ wings, or my free cinnamon sticks. Called back never got answer when called had to call from a different number. And then when they answered the phone the employee sounded like the where playing in th back ground. The manager said he was going to replace the whole order but never got my order or what I was missing from the order.. I hate this place but, when I put my address in for a delivery order to pizza hut this is the only location they give me they always do me like this when I order and I always order a lot of food from here. And I would like to say to any one that has not ordered from this location, DONT CUZ THEY WILL NEVER GET A SATISFIED VISIT FROM THEM.. NO...

My order was placed at 4:02pm I never got my order. I then called the store after a half hour of it saying on the way only to be told he would arrive shortly. Another half hour went by and I had to call the store and was told if it didn’t arrive within 15 mins to call back again. 6:00 by that time and I called back only to have nobody answer the phone for over a half an hour. Then by 6:30 someone answered and I was told the driver delivered my food and handed it to someone at my address when I never got anything. It was 6:30 by that time. Then I was told my order would be remade and I chose to have it picked up. After I arrived the lobby was closed and I had to wait another hour just to even get my food from the drive thru. The management was extremely rude about the situation and offered nothing to rectify the situation.
