Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Milwaukee

Horrible service! Tonight, my boyfriend and I came in, and he asked for one sausage pizza and two orders of crazy bread, and he was told that we had to wait because there were no sausage pizzas ready, so we ordered a pepperoni pizza instead and still had to wait. Another guy walked in right after us and ordered one sausage and one pepperoni pizza and got his order right away, while we still had to stand there waiting. My boyfriend politely asked why the guy was able to get his order before us, even though we ordered first, and the lady at the counter that took our order was extremely rude and unprofessional and treated us terrible, and tried telling us the reason why we didn’t get ours first was because that my boyfriend ordered two sausage pizzas instead of one, when he told her he only wanted one sausage pizza and two orders of crazy bread, and she continuously tried arguing with him and tried telling him he was wrong, when he was perfectly clear on his order, and she kept mumbling under her breath at us, and her and the cooks in the back kept giving us nasty looks. When we finally got our order after waiting for fifteen minutes, she missed our sauces that we ordered and gave my boyfriend more attitude when he asked for the sauces that she missed with the pizza, and didn’t even offer us a bag or give us an apology for the situation. This place needs to be shut down ASAP! I walk in today about 3 pm and there was a sign that said online orders only (this isnt the first time) so I go to my car and have to call someone to place the order for me and told them I would repay them with cash cause I only had cash and no card. Was told the order number and time to pick the pizza up which was 4:02. I walk in at four on the dot and there are four employees walking out from the back with backpacks on and telling me we are closed. So I asked them "why do you do this" because two weeks ago same thing happened I show up to get my pizza and a sign on the door saying they are closed I still haven't even received my refund from that time. WHYYY are they excepting money from people if they know they are gonna close. Her excuse today was I don't have the staff to close. There were four workers walking out how many does it take!? Yall could be taking a persons LAST dime and holding it cause now there is a wait for the refund. where is the professionalism at you should be WORKING until all the orders YOU excepted are fulfilled. And its not even just this the workers half the time have the worst attitude they are rude. I could go on i normally don't leave reviews but i felt compelled to today because Im tired of this place and the way they treat people. They dont even deserve 1 star. I ordered a cheese pizza at approximately 4:00 PM with pick up shortly after 5:00. I arrived around 5:20 and found a lobby filled with about 15 people waiting and no staff to be seen. 10 minutes later, when no one had come to greet anybody who was waiting in line, the first person in line stuck their head behind the counter and said, “is there a manager here” after we saw two employees put their coats on and leave. At that point someone saying they were the manager came out yelling at the man that he was not allowed behind the counter because he was “getting too comfortable” and couldn’t cross the line to be behind the counter. The First Gentleman in line stated that he had ordered his food at 1:00 pm, received a message saying it was ready for pick up, and then was told that it was not ready at all after he had arrived there around 4:15 (it was 5:20 at that point). They then began a yelling exchange with each other, with the gentleman asking the manager to call the police and I decided to leave the lobby as I did not feel safe to be there with my two children waiting for my pizza.

I will not continue to purchase Little Caesars at this location going forward because my orders cannot be filled and I don’t feel safe in the hostile environment the lobby typically has.
