Me and my friends ordered today inside on the kiosk machine around noon while it was kinda busy, not that bad, but there were two workers, one taking orders and one on food station. As I have worked in fast food i know a shortage of workers can be difficult, that wasnāt my issue. My issue was if iām waiting AN HOUR to get my order that was basic; 1 Grilled Cheese Burrito, 1 Soft Supreme Taco, 1 Dorito Supreme Taco, 2 Chips and Cheese, 3 CHEESY ROLL UPS (we did not add jalapeƱos even tho when they printed the receipt it did say jalapeƱos but mind you that had to be a malfunction because who adds jalapeƱos on a cheese roll up?) Anyways and 1 Nacho Fry. Pretty simple order. Regardless if iām waiting an hour to get my food i would rather wait an hour and it be good. LOOK AT THE CHEESE IN THE PICTURE. Who would eat that? Please i would like to know⦠There is barely any cheese on the tortilla and EVEN IF i added jalapeƱos there is NO CHEESE AND NOT EVEN MELTED. Trust me I have been to WAYYYY better Taco Bellās that have made an actual cheese roll up and thatās embarrassing to say because a cheese roll up is the easiest thing to make on the menu considering thereās TWO INGREDIENTS. So now we waited an hour just for our order to be messed up and them to give MEEE attitude because they canāt do their job?! Make any of that make sense. So I did in fact leave all three tortillas w barley any cheese and jalapeƱos on the counter for the workers to really see ridiculous this food looks because i would not DARE to eat that or put that in my mouth. I will NEVER be back here again. Honestly absolutely ridiculous. Grown ass adults canāt have decent customer service and following how the food is made, because trust me thatās not how the food is supposed to be made. I donāt and will never work at Taco Bell but even i couldāve gone back there and made the food better. So disappointed. I donāt mean to sound like a karan but times are tough and spending $30 on our order as is and not being able to fix a simple mistake, is not even right. As the cook she should have spoken to me instead of talking through their mic and saying how sheās right and iām wrong when she couldāve looked at the roll ups and knew she messed up. Like cāmon now. Anyways this is a shitty ass Taco Bell and as someone who loves food I have been to way better ones that have way better service and food quality is amazing. They had been waiting 20+ minutes for their order. We waited 23 minutes exactly for our food (because I chose not to take the advice of the other customers, I made sure to take note of the time). Once we sat down I noticed a missing taco from our order, returned to the counter. I could hear the man in the back cussing saying, "I didn't miss no fing taco, I wanna see that mother effing receipt" I showed them the receipt, and he proceeded to say, "ya'll prolly fing ate it". Finally, tried to give me the taco, and I was like nope, don't even want it now because he prolly spit in it or something. Immediately asked for the store managers name, they told me Angela, and then I asked for a phone number. I called the number while still at the store, and I left a voicemail. About 45 minutes later I received a call back from that number and it was a man that said he was from corporate, you got a complaint or something. I asked him what is name was he hesitates and says Andrew. Keep in mind in the background it sounded like he was in a bathroom (echoey), and I'm fairly confident there was a dog barking. I said well, this sounds like the most unprofessional corporate call in the history of the universe. I called the Hales corners taco Bell found out that the store managers name is Yolanda, they gave me the number directly to the store and conveniently the number has literally been busy for over 2 hours. The gal at the Hales corners store said if I can't get through to you and or she is unhelpful to call them back and give me the contact info for the district manager.

Manager refused to give me a refund unless I went back home and brought back exact change that was give, I told him I spent change, he refused until I asked him what I needed to bring back. He couldn't count, didn't know how to do a refund. Worker comes from back being smart. I asked for both their names, they refused. A man sitting there eating states, this makes no sense. HI ask how much did I need ti bring back, he told me 3.55 cents, customer says no I'll give it to you. He gave the man 4 dollars, and manager gives me my 10. dollars back.I asked him where was the change from the 4 dollars if I only had to give you 3.55 back. He's says what do i owe you, I told him to do the math, he couldn't. I said man give me the .45 cents. What kind of manager can't do a refund, and can't count. Young lady comes from the back being smart, I asked for both their names. They refused. I asked her if she was a manager, she said no. I asked her why she talking to me then. She continues to talk smart. One of her coworkers told her to be quiet before she loose her job. unacceptable behavior and the fact that the manager can't count or do a refund is ridiculous. I will never and I do mean never visit this place again. The staff was not knowledgeable about how to refund my money without me going to get change. And the fact that employees can run up front and be smart. but so stupid. Totally unacceptable. I will let everyone one I know and come in contact with about the poor food quality and poor service.
