First off, I got 2 chicken taco dinners for $30 ($15 per meal). They deserve a 0 star review. Every portion of the meal was very small. Maybe a half a spoonful of chicken was on our tacos. The side portions in the to go box were filled less than half way with unflavored watered down beans and the rice was very bad as well. The chicken tacos were poorly portioned. I called to speak to the manager and the lady at the front who takes payment for the to go orders acted to be the manager, and after repeating that I wanted to speak to the manager, she put me on hold and then answered as though she was the manager and I could tell she was the same person I just spoke with. She then went to ask the cook how he made the meals and she said the cook told her that the meals were portioned how they always have made them and then proceeded to hang up on me. I have been coming to this establishment for over a decade and always have loved the tacos and service. This time the service was extremely bad. I will never come to this location again and I would highly advise to go elsewhere. El Toro on 84th and Lincoln and Al Pastor on 66th and Mitchell will now be my go to location and TB has now permanently lost...

Went in to order a Togo order once I got home I had noticed that my order had the wrong topping on it and I called to let them know so I could come back and get new food. Once I got there the server said I would have to pay again since it wasn’t “her mistake” on my food when I said I only wanted two topping and I got onions which I didn’t ask for nor did it says it came with it automatically. I said I only ask for the two topping and she said well you didn’t make that clear so it’s not my fault and I would have to pay even more money to get new food for myself. Just makes to sense that I would have to pay more money for something I didn’t mess up nor make. Horrible customer service. So I went home with the same messed up food and didn’t get to eat but the rest of my family did. She was very rude about the whole thing and gave me attitude...

I have been wanting to try this restaurant for a while now! FINALLY DID!! OMG THERE FOOD IS REALLY GOOD!!! NEVER HAVE BEEN SERVED HOT CHIPS WITH SALSA!!! OMG LOVE THAT!! The Server gave us 3 kinds of different Salsas!! Love that we could choose and Not just have 1.. She was pretty attentive. But Not Overly attentive! The place inside was Beautiful. CLEAN!! Because THAT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO ME!! THE CLEAN PART!! Lol. I HAVE TO SAY WE FOUND OUR NEW GO TO PLACE FOR MEXICAN FOOD!!! And Prices to me are what I usually pay for Mexican food! But prices everywhere have gone up! I’ll pay as long as the food is good! Which it is worth it! DEFINITELY TRY IT! There’s so many things we want to try my husband is trying the fish next time!
