MKE Classic Pizza — Restaurant in Milwaukee

I've changed my review. I am back in MKE stopped to order a pizza & my wings. Most places don't remember or honor their word. MKE Classic Pizza did just that! Thank you MKE Classic Pizza for making things right. Everything was delicious 😋!!

I've been to this place 3 times the last year. I'm from MKE & now live in Beloit, WI. A friend recommended Classic Pizza saying how good it is. I don't eat pork & hearing the only have beef/chicken on the menu, I decided to try them. The 1st time I ordered, I ordered a small pizza & wings. My pizza had maybe one piece of meat on a slice.

I decided to give them another try on my next visit. This time I only ordered a pizza & made sure to let them know about the 1st one. The 2nd visit was good.

Third visit: 9/28/23 I ordered a small pizza & wings. I called them immediately to ask if I order a 6 or 10 piece as I only had 6 pieces. Well, I had 2 whole wings & sections, which was not 5/5. The person who answered told me without a doubt that there are 10 pieces in there. I counted them again so she could hear me & that's when she said it's 5/5. 5 flats, & 5 drummies. That is not what I received. I refused to let this pass & she said I can bring it back & they can cook another order. I was already on the expressway heading back to Beloit & advised the same. She advised me to take a picture & send it to the manager. I said I would definitely do so when I got home. The wings are not whole wings, they are sections. They advertise 10 pieces ($12.99), when in fact you receive 5. They split them & call that 10 wings. They advertise a 10 piece jumbo chicken wing dinner for $12, how is a dinner less expensive than what supposedly is a 10 piece chicken alone?? An hour & 20 minutes later, I made it home. I parked my car, got out to grab my belongings & food & my phone rang. The lady I spoke with called asking me about the pictures! As I had already informed her on my initial call, it takes over an hour to get home! I advised her that as soon as I got in the house & situated, I'd send the pictures. I decided to open the pizza just incase it was not right. I ordered a SMALL pizza. The same as what I thought I had on my 1st order. The pizza was a little bigger than the box as the sides were folded. I asked for light pineapples on 1/2, that 1/2 had more on it than anything else on the pizza. I sent the pictures with details & I have not heard back from them. The lady who I spoke with advised that the manager would look at it & possibly give a discount or something when I came back. I could have spent my $35 on something here in Beloit to watch the Packers game! If I receive a favorable response from someone, I will update my review as such. If not, they have lost my business & future...

It's my favorite pizza but the service was not good and we will never go back again. We ordered a pizza online and it said it came with a free small cheese pizza - awesome! The pizza came and there was no small pizza and the pizza we did get had a large amount of jalapenos on it. We didn't order jalapenos and it was so spicy I couldn't eat it - like I'm talking handfuls of jalapenos on this pizza. They closed shortly after delivering so I emailed them with picture proof - no response. I called a few days after no response and the person who answered said that the small pizza thing must have been an old special and wasn't valid - even though we had I took a screenshot of it. We told them how we didn't get to eat our pizza because of the huuuge amount of jalapenos and the girl talking to us said to just ask for her and we'd get 10% off our next order but we had to ask for her.

Uh... What if she isn't working? What if she quit? 10% for a messed up order I couldn't even eat? Really disappointed and although it's my favorite pizza, I didn't like how I spent $40 for food I couldn't eat and food I didn't get...

BEWARE.

Ordered delivery through the official Milwaukee Classic Pizza website. After 90 minutes, I called only to be told my order was "never printed" and therefore never made, much less delivered. When I called- the woman on the phone was not at all apologetic, only blaming "the ordering app". Once i went to pick it up myself, she charged me more than their online price. She claimed she could not honor the STATED PRICE online. I'm pretty sure it's illegal to charge more than a stated price. Even though she had an attitude, I don't blame the girl working but whoever is running this place can't use "we dont like the ordering app" to justify this kind of service. . . . Edit: went to go pick up the pizza myself, got home to find out the pizzas were wrong!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!Unbelievable! So dissatisfied. After a 2+ hour saga, I didnt even get any pizza. . . . Edit x2 I attempted to contact someone at the restaurant and no one ever got back to me. This is such a shame as the pizza looked good. It really sucks I will have to steer people away...
