This past Friday, I had the pleasure of dining at Copper Kitchen, located at 3935 S Howell Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53207, and it was such a delightful experience! While the menu is simple, focusing mainly on Cod (either 2 or 3 pieces), it’s absolutely packed with flavor. Each meal comes with a roll and butter, your choice of soup (I went with the clam chowder—more on that in a minute!), a selection of potatoes, coleslaw, mixed veggies (a great touch!), and dessert. The 2-piece fish option is $11.95, and the 3-piece is just $12.95. I decided to go all-in with the 3-piece, a cup of clam chowder, and some crispy fries. With just water to drink, my total came to a little over $19, including tip. Let’s start with that clam chowder—honestly, it was some of the best I’ve had in a long time! It was rich, creamy, and perfectly seasoned. I could’ve happily made a meal just out of that bowl, it was that good. As for the fish, it was battered and fried to perfection. The batter was lightly seasoned, adding just the right amount of flavor without overpowering the delicate, moist fish inside. The fries were crispy and delicious, and the roll was soft and warm—just the perfect accompaniment. I also really enjoyed the mixed veggies for a bit of freshness, though I did find the coleslaw a tad off, but that’s just a small detail! The service was exceptional. My waitress (sorry I didn’t catch her name!) really made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. It’s always a pleasure when the staff makes you feel like you’re part of the family! Just a heads-up, Copper Kitchen is only open for breakfast and lunch, closing at 3 pm, so be sure to visit early. If you do, I truly hope you have as wonderful a meal as I did! This spot is definitely worth checking out.

🥓☕ Copper Kitchen absolutely delivers the breakfast dream! Walked in grumpy, walked out grinning like a kid at a pancake parade. The staff? So cheery they could power the Milwaukee sun 🌞. The vibe? Peaceful—but with just enough sizzle from the crowd to make you feel alive! Now, let’s talk about the Copper Kitchen Skillet 🥘🔥 — loaded with all the meats, melty cheese, veggies struttin’ their colors, and golden fried potatoes on the side that deserve their own fan club. Every bite was like a brunch mic drop 🎤🍳. If happiness had a flavor, it’s this skillet. I might just move in and pay rent in bacon strips. 😎 #CopperKitchen #MilwaukeeEats #BreakfastGoals #FoodieFind #BrunchLife #CheesePlease #SkilletSensation #OffTheChainEats #MorningVibes #FoodComedy #BaconPowered

Was looking for a place for a good hearty breakfast..thought we would give it a try..it was decent 6/10 decent..would have been better had I not had to ask for things two sometimes three times. The Gyro omlette was pretty solid tho..and thick good sourdough..Place is pretty big..bar like seating and a raised seating area..close to the freeway..but not that great overall

Never once had a bad experience at this diner until today. The people were always nice, and the food was always great. This morning, my family and I made our orders, three of us requesting milkshakes with our meals. Two of us were given soup as an appetizer, and then the shakes were given to us. We tried the milkshakes, and were thoroughly disappointed by the consistency and lack of taste. We gave them back, thinking maybe we would get refunded or something, and when our waitress came back and got them, she proceeded to ask why we didn't like them and walked away without apologizing. A few minutes later, a woman whom I assume to be the manager comes over to us, trying to explain why her shakes were good, and how we should have enjoyed them. She did not apologize either. We decided to leave because we did not want to bother with the rude people inside of the facility, and went over to pay for the soup that we were given. We told the manager that we were very disappointed by the rudeness of her and the employee, and she then told us to "just leave". Never once have I been more upset with the service of a...

I frequented this establishment several times before deciding to leave a review. Prices and services great. But.. Once asked what type of fruit side was available and was told honeydew and recieved only watermelon. Another time on a take out order fruit was requested, but despite fruit being clearly written on the receipt hashbrowns were recieved. Their name sake The Copper Kitchen Omelet had less flavor than the plain white bread that accompanied it. Finally their menu clearly states french fries are available as a breakfast option, but never verbally offered. I ordered their breakfast burger and politely demanded for the french fries instead of the hashbrowns or american fries, by the horrifed look on the waitressejs' face and her nervous glances back toward the kitchen I can only assume that lashes were doled out on that day by the short order cook for her placing the order of...
