Beware. Tried for the first time a couple months ago and will NOT be returning. Went with my daughter ordered a pizza and wings. Waited about 25-30min. Didnt mind the wait but when i looked up just too check and see if our pizza was coming out of the oven I noticed the young lady taking out a order of wings and dropped 1 on the ground. I kinda turned my head and saw her pick it up and put it back in the bowl and mixed in the sauce. Thank g-d I saw this because otherwise we could have eaten it. Also it WAS our order. So after i said to her, "seriosly u just picked it up and put it in the bowl too serve" some guy said he will make another order for us. Didn't even apologize or confront the lady who just turned around and walked away. Seriously every worker should be trained on sanitary issues and maybe go through serv-safe. Also it would help if people would actually smile at customers. The 1 time I decided too try out pizza hut this happened, unreal. Thk g-d for pizzeria scottys and capri's for having home made pizzas and not too mention excellent customer service. Sorry pizza hut, never again. Sucks because my daughter gets the free personal pizza coupons at school for being a good reader and everytime she does we buy a pizza elsewhere. She doesn't ever want too eat pizza hut again. Even last week her friend had a b day party and they had pizza hut pizza. She politely said she wasn't hungry and wouldnt have it. When we picked her up 2 hrs after they ate we ordered in real pizza. I tried contacting someone in regards too our incident via email and phone. Lololol. Good luck with that. Good luck in the future...
Read moreI tipped over $30 and they delivered through Door Dash and gave the driver only $10 in tip. They did not get our order correct. When I called they were uncooperative and worse, argumentative, over the phone. They argued over what they thought the order was vs. what the order actually was; even telling me I could not have ordered a diet mountain dew because they don't sell it; only to admit later that for some reason we were able to order it since it was on the order. The lady on the phone said she did not care, would not give her name, said we would get a $20 credit that we must use in 30 days (we did not want a credit) and when I asked for a manager she hung up. I drove to the location because I wanted a partial refund for what was missing, wanted to report this to a manager and wanted the person's name if this was the manager in order to report her to corporate. I confidentially video recorded the encounter in order to protect myself against any false allegations should she continue to be abusive towards me, her customer. She did not disappoint. She was confrontational, argumentative and refused to do anything to understand my concerns much less resolve them. This lady, Stephanie (if she was not lying at the store) should not be in customer service. At least she is honest... she does NOT care. AVOID THIS PLACE...
Read moreI've been ordering from this place from time to time, since I was a kid. Just a side note, they used to be a bit further south of their current location, it seems like most of the staff went to the new location, since it wasn't that far. I remember getting the points as a kid and redeeming them at the old location, for a personal pan pizza. The staff has always been friendly to me, no real complains there. I can't remember a time they gave me a wrong order (Not that it can't happen, just in my case, it has not) There was a time, when I place an online order for a medium pan pizza, but they happen to be out of medium pan pizza (it was near closing time). They called me about 2 mins after I place the online order, told me about the issue, then said, I could get something different, medium thin or just get a large pan pizza, at no extra cost. Well of course I took the large pan pizza, had no issues when I got to the store, and everything was great. The way they called me right away, when they knew there was gonna be a problem, was the best way they could have handle this...
