Walgreens Pharmacy — Local services in Greenfield

This is the worst Walgreen’s pharmacy I’ve ever used in my life. Every pharmacist and technician that works here is incompetent and sucks at their job. I dread every time I have to go there or contact them and btw if you have to call them for something just know that no matter what option you choose you they will reroute your call to a call center that has the ability to answer zero of your questions or concerns and then you will get to wait on hold AGAIN for another hour or 2 to finally get in touch with someone at the actual pharmacy (if you get through at all) only for them to not be able to handle your issue either. It seems as though they actually go out of their way to make your life more difficult. Every single month I hope and pray that this will be the month they will fill my meds on time and also bill the insurance correctly and time and time again they disappoint me. Avoid...

Would give zero if I could, takes minimum 30 minutes to wait in line and get it; emails & calls multiple times yet it’s not even ready when I go to pick it up, and they randomly decide if you need to show id or not. Most times they’ve never asked for my id but of course the one time I was rushing to get to work they need my id and I didn’t have it. Terrible people...

I went to pick up my prescription and had one of the worst experiences. The girl with the green hair was extremely rude and unpleasant. She wouldn't even respond to me when I was talking to her .
