If I could leave 0 stars I would. I only chose this one because of it being open late and wanted to get my son his medication as soon as possible. This was a steroid used for his BREATHING while he is sick. I called multiple times to check the status, but never found it because they had the wrong phone number. No idea where they got that number from because I never had that one before. Tried getting through on phone and sat on hold. So I went up there and was told they DO have the medicine but it's not ready yet and it will be a 35-45 mins wait. I said that's fine.. was just happy they actually had it in the system. I started shopping and get called over the intercom 20 mins later saying it's ready. I went back and they said they were out of what I needed and then rudely told me she won't check out my 5 items. I never asked to get checked out in the pharmacy, as I came back for THE MEDICATION. I was only shopping cuz I was waiting obviously. I usually check out in front anyway, but telling me you can't/won't scan 5 items when it was assumed that I wanted you to. Green head hoe was extremely rude and didn't help AT ALL. Wouldn't find a replacement medicine. Said it was my job to call around and find another Walgreens that has it and said she can't transfer any scripts anywhere. I asked if she could check if the one by my house has it and all she would say is "most of them in the area have it." I called another Walgreens closer to me and they were out too (even tho she said that supposedly most of them had it) and at this one she had it transfered to another store immediately. Didn't need me to call and research everywhere, which just shows me more green hair was just being lazy and unhelpful on purpose. EXTREME WASTE OF TIME. Save yourself the problems and find another pharmacy. We are the patients, not workers. It's because of the customers they have a job. The least they can do is have sum respect. My son will get his medicine one way or another and it won't be from here! If you want the patients to do the work then hand...
Read moreTerrible pharmacy treats their patients like criminals. I have been going there for three years as I am on a disability from a painful spine disorder that I have two prescriptions I come in for every month, both require paper copies. Depending on the pharmacist they treat you like you are a criminal trying to cheat the system for pain medication despite they have three years of records that I come every month. I have to depend on others to drive me and use the drive through as I have such pain walking.
Several times I was told that it would be available in a few hours only to come back the next day and be told they are out of stock - no one ever calls!
One time, after having my prescriptions filled there every month for over two years the pharmacist decided to play GOD and told me he wont refill it until a 72 hours hold. I have almost zero overlap on refills and that was not an option as I would have been in so much pain it guaranteed me an expensive trip to the ER. I called my doctor and they called the pharmacist. My doctor's office said he told them he won't fill it until they tell him my medical history and the diagnosis why I am getting it. This is after 2 years of them refilling it every month.
I felt the pharmacists has no right to refuse a refill until he is told my medical history as it is a valid prescription and they clearly have a record of me. In hindsight if they pull that again I shall file a complaint against their pharmacy wherever they have their license registered.
It is bad enough to have to live with this terrible pain and on top of it be treated with such disrespect by some of the pharmacists at this Walgreens. Shame on you Walgreens for having such bullies as...
Read moreI’ve been a customer of Walgreens for the last 8 years straight and have been picking up the same prescriptions for the last 8 years. For the last 9 monthly visits or more the pharmacy is either doesn’t have enough to fill a single prescription of subzolv or they are out of stock. This last visit I had to drive a total of 5 times to fill 3 prescription due to pharmacy not being able to fill prescriptions until the following day, drove back the following day to find out they only had 1 out of the 3 prescriptions ready but there was an insurance issue, drove back the following day to resolve the insurance issue, got the 1 medication that was ready and was told on the same day that they are out of stock of subzolv and would have to wait 6 days which when I originally dropped off my scripts I wasn’t even told this by the employee and any person prescribed to subzolv can get severely sick if not taken for 1 day, drove back again when they received more to find out they were only giving me 15 out of the 65 needed after waiting 6 days, drove back again for the 5th time to finally get my prescriptions filled. There is no reason for this pharmacy not being able to fill a single prescription every single month for 9 or more months and shouldn’t have to drive 5 times to this pharmacy to fill 3 prescriptions and any customer taking a medication where they can go through withdrawal and get sick if not taken a single day should be fully aware that this pharmacy is out of stock and should be aware they are out of stock and will have to...
