I'm not usually one to write a review on Google but the interaction my wife had with one of the baristas at this location was terrible. She mobile ordered her drinks and everything was available on the app when she placed the order, however when she got to the store they told her at the drive through window that they didn't have the peach infusion she ordered. Although they offered other infusions but she opted to pass because she wanted the peach. There was a line forming behind her so she decided to call the store after leaving the drive through to get a credit for not having the infusion she wanted because her account was charged for it. She wasn't looking for a free drink just a refund on the charge for the infusion however the woman she spoke to on the phone was so rude and unaccomadating that she should never have got a job in customer service. She said her name was Isabel, she was so demeaning and aggressive when talking to my wife over the phone. In short she was blaming my wife for leaving with the drink and that she should get charged for the full thing despite of her not taking other infusions and kept cutting her off when she was trying to explain what happened. It wasn't until I called the customer support line that I had this issue resolved. Overall, the issue isn't running out of things which happens, it's the attitude of the people working here. I hope supervisors get involved with this employee because customer service at this location has been decent so to have interacted with such an abrasive person was really unfortunate especially in a company like Starbucks that values...
Read moreI suppose you could call this our "neighborhood" Starbucks. It's the one by the house we hit most often.
While there does seem to be a quick turnover in staff (maybe just really well staffed?) everyone here is friendly.
Because of where they're located, they're busy in the mornings, but it's easy to get in and get out in the afternoons.
The store is always clean and clutter free (aside from the camping wi-fi customers that seem to inhabit the place) and I don't think I've ever gone in for something special where I was told they were "out of stock". I know when some drinks get released or get popular it happens in other locations I've been to.
Of special note: a few years ago there was a mug they released with a specific design/pattern that my son liked. I took note of it, but was pretty slow to pick one up for him. When I finally went in to get it, I noticed they were all gone. One of the staff noticed I was looking for something and asked what it was. I told her, and she said, "let me look in back!" She disappeared for a few, and came back with the mug! She handed it to me, telling me they were taken off the shelf as they had been "retired", but I was welcome to have that one. I offered to pay for it, and she said, "No, please take it. Hope your...
Read moreThis Starbucks has really been letting me down the past few weeks I have been coming here. This Starbucks is currently closing at 8 pm due to changed hours. Majority of the time I am coming around 7:30 and when I get there, one of the employees has their car parked in the drive thru so you're unable to order anything. This has happened on 3 separate occasions now. Earlier this week I called and asked if they were closing early for any specific reason and the manager on duty stated "I normally work in the morning so I had no idea that they were doing that. I will make sure that it is not happening anymore". When I called it was the second time that happened. Today (4/15/20), I come come around to Starbucks at around 7:35 pm and there was a car parked in the drive thru again. My mom walked up to the door to see what the problem was and the girl that came to the door said "we are understaffed so we are closing early". There were 4 employees inside of the building at that time. If this Starbucks is so understaffed that they are unable to stay open at night either change your hours or close...
