I went through the drive through on my way to see my parents both of which are in the ICU one who's in Critical condition. I had ordered two chili's,two potatoes, a sandwich meal and chicken nuggets (which the cashier placed "no sauce" for and I made sure I asked for "sweet and sour sauce please". When I get to the window, I pay for my order and notice on the receipt there was only one Chili. So I asked if it could be added on. The cashier looked and me and said no. I look at her and explained that I am on my way to the hospital to see my parents in the icu and my father really wanted Wendy's Chili. She rolled her eyes, turned to the person next to her and demanded another Chili. Then she said "you're doing too much". I'm a Marine Corps Veteran and my mother could die. It was not my fault she did not hear me say 2 chili's. And to be honest that was the worst customer service and absolute disgusting way to treat another human beings. I completely understand going through a difficult time. However, to treat someone like that, she's going to get herself attacked if she crosses the wrong human. On top of all of it, I got to the hospital to feed my dad and there was no sauce. This was simply unacceptable and...
Read moreI arrived at 10:20 and attempted to place an order, there was one person ahead if me who was provided service, after waiting for five minutes, I attempted to place my order on the kiosk. I asked for help and the same cashier who was filling an order stated she would help me. About five minutes later another customer arrived and asked if they were still serving breakfast and was told no. I immediately started that's why I was waiting. The cashier told me I arrived at 10:27 and breakfast was over. I asked for some grace as I at that point had been waiting for 15-20 min. I was told no, I asked if I could speak to the manager, unfortunately he was not helpful either. I don't get it, breakfast was still on the screen when arrived so I should have been served. A training class in customer service is definitely needed for that location. It's important to support local businesses, Unfortunately I won't go back, I don't need the stress or...

She moved slow as a sloth. My friend and I were the only ones in there when the orders was placed. My friend reverberate her order however my order somehow was moved off the list so I waited at least 30 minutes for my order. People that had come in behind us reverted their order first. Floors were dirty and slippery. It was dirty in there period. Side dispensers needed to be refilled, Once I did finally revive my food the fried were hot by the sandwiches looked as if they had been sitting there for sometime the stairs were oily. And the sandwich itself did not look freshly...
