Went here Sunday around 8PM - Drive thru sign said "Temporarily closed" or something along those lines.. Fiance and I were confused as to why, but thought, maybe because it was a Sunday night or they had an emergency? While exiting the drive-thru section, we noticed both employees stepping onto the sidewalk, returning from Sonic across the street. First, is your food that bad? Second, I dont think Ive ever seen a fast-food place "close" so employees can go out to grab a bite, but I definitely think if they're going to do that, they should definitely drive. It might make the process faster. Third, that's a bit unprofessional.. I hope they didn't take advantage of the situation with things going on and decided to "temporarily close", and most certainly hope they at least clocked out for their lunch break.
I typically don't leave reviews. As someone who has come to this location on multiple occassions and have had meat put into My vegetarian burrito more times than once, /that/ is ridiculous and if a customer has an allergy, I very well hope this location can get their act together. I have also seen staff basically care less about their every-day customers inside whom are dining in, but cater to local law enforcement by walking their orders out to their table? I don't mind the kindness they were showing, but as someone who once worked at a "fast food" type environment, I definitely treated all of My customers equally, badge or not, and walked out orders if I found time to.
The only reason I return to this location is because My fiance loves Taco Bell and this is the only local Taco Bell location,...
Read moreMy job is about 3 minutes away from tacoBell!! I clocked out for my lunch break so i can make 1 errand to my favorite Taco Bell, thats located at 1180 Homer Rd, Minden, LA 71055. I arrived at 12:35a.m which they suppose to close at 1:00 a.m! I pulled up to the drive through speaker and all a sudden Taco Bell turned their lights off (I had 2 cars ahead of me) no one never got on the speaker, to say if they were closed or not! I decided to pull up and just wait. So I made it to the window (I had to blow my horn to get sombodys attention) the cashier finally open the window, by this time it was 12:46! She said may I help you! I responded, with my order! then she said well we're closed! I asked what time do yall close? because its 12:47! She said we close at 1:00 a.m but we turn the lights off at 12:50! I told her I been at the speaker waiting since 12:30 (Ish) she said well, the store time is different from your time, then she call the manager (the manager showed)! A man came to the window and apologized and said there isn't no food cooked because he threw it away because he was cleaning and he offered a drink!!! I said no thanks and drove away!
I'M upset because i have to eat junk food :'( this could have been avoided if there were some kind of communication with the employee upon my arrival!
I always visit Taco Bell around the same time whenever I'm at work, but my first time with this experience!
By the way I had felt the vibe when they turned the light off on me while i was at the drive through, so i did recorded the...
Read moreThis makes the 3rd time that I had to wait for my online order. The app will tell me it's ready. I'll drive to the store walk in and they don't know where my order is they can't even find my name. Finally after what seems like forever they find my order but I have to wait even longer for my order to be made then I get home and I'm missing something. Today it was the chips I just get cheese. I know what they are doing they are closing my order out before they make it therefore its not showing up at the kitchen and they have to look for it at the front computer. It's ridiculous if they can't keep up with mobile and delivery orders they need to opt out of the service for that location. I love taco bell and I love the convince or supposed to be convent of online ordering but it's been nothing but a headache. Please do your customers a favor and opt out if you can't keep up...
